Fantastic. So professional

If you're looking for a place to do a proofreading course this is the perfect choice. Blackford is professional, punctual and the course material is interesting, you always feel like you're learning something new.
I was kept up to date on everything within the course. Right down to my progress reports and timelines.
Personally, my tutor was amazing. She provided constructive feedback to better myself and my work and was always open for questions.
I received my course material well within the expected time.

Very quick delivery, and packed well. Everything included that should be and nicely presented.

Disappointed in the quality of the letter included in the pack. Looks like the ink ran out. The file could not close properly. One of the rings were not aligned wh made turning hard. I ended up tranfering into one of my one ring binders. Difference between online and receiving a pack is abour R2000. I know it is small things but it is a bit offputting.

Materials were lost through no fault of the company and were replaced by them in a timely way. Staff in the central office were professional and exceedingly helpful.

Was quick service and just started on my first assessment.Was going to email don’t have a full address with postcode of where to send assessment and I thought I got a blue print with it but no information about that.Apart from couple things I know I am going to love it My friend doing another course with you too

Very happy with the course so far. Communication is good from the centre and my course mentor. The instructions are clear and easy to follow.

I did quite a measure of research before l chose Blackford Centre. I went to the extent of sending out emails and calling establishments, more than once on occasions, just to have a feel of the day-to-day running of the institutions.

I had no doubt, from beginning to end, that Blackford Centre had something their competitors did not.

Naturally, l went for Blackford. I have not yet started the course, but l have no doubt that my opinions and expectations are right, and will remain as such.
