The two fellas that came to install the machine were very good and helpful. They both did a good job and made sure that everyone computer was linked to the new copier. They were bother very polite and good at what they did.

InReach, previously Easycopiers, has provided us with an excellent service on our photocopier for well over 10 years. Terry Pearce has personally carried out annual reviews on our requirements and recently instigated a move from our old IT company to InReach at a greatly reduced rate....something that we as a charity really appreciate. The Service and attention we receive is excellent!

I have been using InReach and their predecessors EasyCopiers for I think over 10 years now and have never been disappointed with the service I received.

I have ordered several large MFP's for various functions over the years and their staff are always very knowledgeable and helpful in finding the right tool for our purpose. Special shout-out to Terry on this front. Any time we need a service they are prompt and helpful.

We have half a dozen printer/copiers from InReach and, despite having to install them in less-than-ideal (and downright awkward) locations, their installation team were amazing. Ongoing account management from Lily has been excellent and service calls have been promptly answered and swiftly completed. Highly recommended.

We are impressed and very satisfied with the copier/printer service from InReach over the years. Due to company relocation, we were disappointed with the slow Telecom service originally signed up with BT, we then switched over to InReach. Their efficiency and brilliant customer care significantly reduced the impact from BT's long delay. We would strongly recommend InReach to anyone who is looking to get their services.

InReach recently installed our new telephone system and updated our computer network.
From start to finish we have been kept updated on progress and any questions have been answered straight away. Everybody we've spoken to has been polite, friendly and helpful no matter how awkward our requests.
I feel like we are a valued customer and I'd recommend InReach to anyone.

We recently transferred our telecoms services to Inreach. Alex has been amazing throughout the whole process. He was incredibly helpful and patient. Alex always responded to my queries quickly no matter how small and was very knowledgeable in explaining what issues were so it was easy to understand. We were regularly updated with progress of the installation and everything was set up within a tight time frame.

Richard was very helpful in the installation process providing suggestions on how to set things up and explaining some of the more technical aspects. Akeem was also very patient during the training session in explaining how to use Horizon to manage functions for the phone system.

InReach took over our telecommunications recently. Overall it was an extremely good efficient and professional transition. There were some delays which were mainly due to confusion with our previous supplier and BT which is why I have given a 4 star rating otherwise it would have been 5 star. I would definitely recommend InReach - their support is extremely good.

I received training for Horizon to manage our telephone line from Emily and Akeem. They were very helpful and explained everything clearly.They took the time to go through each part of the portal and answered all of my questions.

When I had some follow up questions, I was able to get back in touch and Akeem answered all of my questions. We also spoke over the telephone which was really great support. It was quick, clear and friendly which I appreciated.

Both the training and the support available is excellent. I would recommend to anyone considering using Horizon. A huge thank you to Emily and Akeem for getting me set up and for their patience as I became familiar with this Reporting tool. Now I have reports in place to manage my organisation's phone lines. These are set up to provide the information I need and are accurate, easy to understand and delivered to my inbox automatically on a weekly basis.

Emily was really helpful; she worked through my issues quickly and efficiently and followed up to check everything was working OK after - couldn't recommend them enough!
