I wish I had read these reviews first. As others say total rubbish product refusing to allow return or refund.

Do not use this store!!!

Absolutely avoid buying anything from these. I ordered via facebook some swim socks for my grandson and they are a total waste of money.Nothing like what was advertised and trying to get a refund or speak to customer service is a real waste of time. I’m so angry with myself for not checking first before placing an order. Live and learn 🤷🏼‍♀️😟😡

The item was awful quality, looked nothing like the photo and was defected as the stitching was in the wrong place making it unwearable.

The refund policy means I’m within my legal right for a refund but I contacted them and kept getting the same response: ‘Because the item you received was correct we can’t give you a refund but can give you £3 compensation’. The item is completely defective and cost nearly £30 (including the added tax which wasn’t mentioned until I’d checked out).

Absolutely scam of a company. Luckily AMEX have refunded me.

If I could give 0 stars I would false advertising. What you receive is not what's advertised basically cheap rubbish

Avoid this company, i order two outfits, which looked lovely and was looking forward to wearing them, when they arrived the quality was shocking and sizing wasn't great, ordered both outfits in the same size but they don't measure the same size, trying to get a refund and keep getting told that they sent me what I ordered so no refund, offering me £7 compensation which I'm refusing, i will be taking my complaint further if i have to, PLEASE DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

This company is absolutely useless. I ordered a dress in burgundy, they sent bright pink. I emailed to return the incorrect item and a refund. They said they did not send the wrong item!! Even when I sent proof of my order and a photo of the wrong item. They initially offered £2, shocking!!
The emails are still ongoing as they will not refund me. Currently still no resolution!!

Update 24th May. They are now ignoring my emails.

Very poorly wrapped and packed, arrived broken and the charging lead was missing. Have emailed support, but I am not expecting them to be too much help. When I was ordering I saw one price, and then when you order that price almost double.

DONT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY!!! They will not accept any sort of refund or exchange and completely fob you off with endless pointless emails that go no where.

Bought two dresses from this company. They do not fit. Company is refusing a refund. Saying I have the right products. But the fact they dont fit doesnt matter. Such bad customer service.

I made an order with this scam of a company in March, within seconds money was debited from my account BUT more than the price on my invoice.
I took a screenshot of the amount taken and emailed it along with my invoice amount and a cancellation of the order.
This company is abroad and therefore customer service work different hours to UK.
They responded by refunding the excess money taken but refused to cancel the order.
I placed, and cancelled the order, on 12th March at 5pm. It wasn't shipped until 13.20hrs on 13th March!
I have received the order which I do not want, and cancelled immediately, but to return it I am liable for postage.
They have indicated that if I keep the item they will refund me £3!
I am taking this to dispute.

First they took more money than they should have. I got this back when I asked but good job I checked. Items arrived and were poor quality and fit. I asked to return them and was told no. They have a return policy but do not honour it. I was completely within their regulations of return and willing to pay for the postage, thinking I could get at least half of my money back. But no, they offered £3 and keep the goods, when I refused I this was increased to £5.
I am now over £40 down with two useless dresses. They said I’d have to ship them to China but they were tracked from the USA. They’ve now said they are done with me and I am stuck with the items. Really poor and disappointing. I would avoid, and be aware they operate under several different names on fb.

Awful company! Purchased a dress that did not fit and was the wrong colour to what was shown on their website. No return policy and THE most dire customer services. They had the cheek to tell me to gift the product to a friend. I refused and complained now I've been offered a £2 refund which is really insulting! Do not buy from them - absolutely shocking company!

First off all took more money that the 22.99 , received the dress it’s horrible, nothing like picture, they are refusing a refund and offered me £3 which is a joke, do not order from this company

One dress is damaged and 2 playsuits don't fit.

Haven't had acknowledgement as yet regarding damaged item but as for items that don't fit.....won't give refund. Offered £5.

I also wish I had checked out this crew (can't call them a company) onTrustpilot first.
My purchase was poorly wrapped and not as advertised on the website. Meant to be based in Wales but god only knows where the product was distributed from around the world!
I emailed them immediately for a refund under the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013 and sent a photo as requested.
I keep asking for a full refund but the last email I received today was telling me to give them to a friend as they may be happy with the item!!
These people don't give a damn and they should be closed down. Trouble is, people like this have no scruples and just take your money for inferior products.
AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Update on 3rd May:
After checking my bank account a few days after my initial review, I noticed they had taken £5.44 extra above the actual price. I immediately sent another email to this person and I did actually receive the £5.44 back into my account a few days later, with the excuse that it was a 'mistake'. I have been emailing this person several times for a full refund but each time only been offered £2, then £3, then up to £4.
I have been in correspondence with Citizen's Advise who have forwarded my concerns to the Trading Standards to investigate further.
I am sick of asking for my refund so I was advised by CA to contact my bank to process a chargeback.
I have now submitted a dispute to my bank to claim this money back. I will wait for the outcome.
This 'company headquarter' is based in a little flat above a carpet shop in Cardiff!!

This company does not even deserve 1 star. I ordered a dress which said free shipping, total on the basket was £22. Paid the £22 and when I checked my bank they had taken £28. Emailed them straight away and asked for a full refund as my trust was gone. Their policy states as long as its within 12 hours of the order, so it hasn't been shipped, then a full refund can be issued. Emailed about an hour after ordering. They replied later that evening and said the can refund the extra money that they took, apparently it was for tax? I replied and said no, I want a full refund. They replied the next morning to say item has shipped! No it hadn't as I hadn't received the shipping email and they said they don't ship within 12 hours. So now I have paid extra for a dress that was supposed to be a discount. They ignore your emails and they just said I can send the dress back once I get it and receive a refund but I have to pay for sending it back. They should be stopped from advertising and trading.

Update:
Dress arrived, looks no where near as nice as it did online and also it is the wrong colour. Emailed 3 or 4 times now and no response.

Ordered on 7th Oct, never came, disgusting customer service. Told me to be patient as it’s cold outside after it hasn’t arrived in 14 weeks. Refused me a refund and will not send complaints procedure. It’s a scam!
