Please beware do not order as merely a SCAM. Goods for £25.13 ordered. Never delivered. Shipping and tracking details fake and customer service never responds. Beware of their Instagram ads. No stars deserved

If I could give no stars I definitely wouldn't give any. I ordered an item on the 25/09/2023 and still not received anything. It cost me £25.19, all shipping status have stopped and I get absolutely no response from them if ever I inquire.

I am absolutely fuming and will seek legal advice and I shall be phoning my bank also.

Tracking has now stopped.Ordered 2xmas felt trees for little ones.Ordered them september 2 stll They are a load of city bankers.When translated it means vankers nothing.Scamming company for sure.

Ripped off for £30. Followed a link for Boots offers, spent £2, they took £30 and claimed it was a subscription top up. Thieves and rogues

If I could give no stars I would. Ordered the jeans from a Facebook ad. They arrived and are rubbish. The zip was broken and there was no button hole. I paid £20.99 I asked for a full refund as they were damaged was told no and offered £2 refund!!

Still no contact money has been taken and no goods. I am in the process of contacting Martin Lewis and the Ombudsman. Tracking info has disappeared.

Terrible company. Ordered 7 weeks ago after getting sucked into an Instagram ad. The tracking info I was given was fake. Raised a PayPal dispute after getting nowhere with customer service and all of a sudden they have appeared. Absolutely not what was advertised. Extremely poor quality. There is no hole for the buttons at the top.

Ordered jeans beginning of August. Still not arrived. Tracking details have stopped updating. The location the tracking gives is a residential street not a courier depot. Emails just generate automated response. Trust pilot review really poor. Scammers

Well where do I start? I’d like to leave no stars but obviously I can’t as it won’t let me. I ordered two pairs of jeans beginning of August. I am still waiting for them. Lucky I’ve paid on Klarna so they’re dealing with it
I’ve emailed the company message to them on Facebook. No reply nothing absolute rubbish company. Apparently my parcel is in Birmingham although it has been there two weeks and not moved so I’ve no idea what’s going on at all
The jean’s finally arrived after almost two months
Well they are the worst quality jeans I’ve ever seen no button hole made so can do up the legs aren’t skinny jeans they flap at ankles the material isn’t stretchy like advertised it’s rough nasty denim the worst thing is I’m not getting any replies from my many emails I’ve sent to them they are way too big and not fit for purpose so I need to refund brought through Klarna so I’ve had to involve them to sort it out still not response
and it’s getting very
frustrating and stressful

The item was poorly made, not correct sizing , cheap material and not good enough to wear, when politely asking for the details of the company to arrange a refund they have declined, I explained that they are far too big and they said that no issue no refund

The parcel also took so long to arrive I asked them to cancel and they said trust the product, it arrived and its just a flimsy Jean material

Avoid this company as they are not a trust worthy company.

If I could give them NO STARS I would!

2 Months to arrive, they are absolutely hideous you wouldn't even wear them outside!

This is a scam company.
They will send you tracking info to start, but after a while when it shows as in the UK it just stops getting updated and they stop responding to any contact, you will not receive your package and will not get your money back! I ordered on July 22nd, no parcel received and tracking stopped on august 20th.

PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUT TIME. MY JEANS TOOK 2 MONTHS TO ARRIVE. THE LEG SIDE SEEMS ARE WONKY, VERY BAD ROUGH DENIM AND THE BUTTON HOLE ISNT EVEN THERE FOR THE BUTTON. YOU CANT RETURN ANYTHING AS THE RUTURNS SECTION JUST HAS YOU GOING AROUND IN CIRCLES. HOW THIS COMPANY IS STILL AROUND IS BEYOND ME. I SHOULD OF GONE TO ASDA

I wish I had checked this company out prior to buying from them.
Order placed in July and still hasn't arrived.
Customer service only via email and refusing to refund the money.

Placed my order in July, the shipping information had been made up by Roald Dahl. Over a week ago I was told it was in Cambridge with a fictitious postcode. Do NOt buy from these people, they are out to get your money.Scammers!!!!!!

Update ….
After 6 weeks waiting for my order I could only laugh when I received the jeans today! If I didn’t laugh I’d cry!!!
The legs are not the same length, nor are cut straight and there is no hole for the button! Sizing is seriously off and way too big - honestly it’s like a child has made them - actually thinking about it, they probably have!!

Oh dear … looks like I’ve also fallen victim to this scam company!
2nd August ordered/paid and still no sign of a delivery! Constant excuses on email, ‘give it a few days for the system to update, don’t worry’ etc etc - almost a month later and nothing. PayPal dispute raised 🙄

These shirts are amazing. Soft, comfortable, and they look great. Raising the bar of how a shirt should fit.
