Excellent product and even better customer service
I have had my K3 for 18 months and I am very happy with it as it does exactly what it is supposed to do and I would not hesitates to buy another innov product when I need it. Further more what I would say is the customer service is even better, I have contacted David for a little bit of help and he was very helpful and knowledgeable so this is what stands out for me. Very often a business will take your more but the after sales leaves a lot to be desired which definitely is not the case with these guys.

Great product
Great product - Innovv K5 and bracket for BMW R1250GS.
I would have liked a little more information on the website so that I could have made all the purchases simultaneously.
That said, it works very well as a motorcycle dash cam. Lots of videos to help with the installation.
Just remember that you will need a component to link up with the wiring harness (I used a EZ CAN).

Problem resolved
Update, October 11, 2023.
A replacement H5 has been sent, it is working OK to a point, though yesterday it defaulted back to 01/01/2022. I am monitoring this at present.
I have also now received a replacement K3 front lens which will be swapped over in the coming days, and the faulty unit returned. I do think the K3 problem was an isolated manufacturing fault.
It has taken a little while but we got there in the end.
I have returned a faulty H5 camera for exchange, despite requesting a quick turn round of this faulty item they expect me to return different faulty item before sending the replacement H5. The manufacturer has instructed them to send a replacement for the second faulty item which they appear to choose to ignore.

Dear Peter. We appreciate your views. As emailed the H5 camera is being exchanged and is on its way back to you.. Of course we are aware you have issues with one of your K3 lenses that is out of warranty and have been liaising with Innovv direct on your behalf who have advised that they will be happy to exchange this as a gesture of goodwill provided it is a fault and not damage. Normal practice in these situations is to have the item returned to us so that we can assess it and advise on the next course of action. I think that this is a fair assessment of the situation. Does What it States on the Tin
A great product that works really well that is relatively easy to fit. It is, however, let down by the lack of any washers in the box the radar unit comes in.
I must admit that the radar unit has picked up the odd vehicle that I missed in my mirrors, which is a bit scary.

A Great Bit of Safety Kit
This is a really great bit of safety kit. It is reasonably easy to install (excepting on KTM 890 Adventure Rs) and works really well. I opted for the mirrors fitment because I believe that its the best choice as once a warning light goes on my eye is drawn to the relevant mirror.
I would have scored the review five stars if INNOVV supplied any washers for fixing the rear radar unit. The unit really needs a stainless steel washer for completeness, or the fixing nut changed to Nylon locking nut.
(BTW: The installation on an 890 Adventure requires the removal and refitting of the:
* fuel tank in order to route the main trunk wire from the front of the bike to the rear;
* headlight to route the power wires to a suitable connector.
Both are tedious tasks that take a long time).

K3 is great,arrived on time.Emailed a question regarding wiring in the yellow wire on 2021 Triumph speed twin and got no reply!In other words,just buy the product and sort yourself out!

I only seen this product by chance when…
I only seen this product by chance when I was watching a father and son making a short video on it, it’s something I’ve seen on the latest premium motorcycles witch I think is a great safety idea, especially on motorways in bad weather when visibility is bad, the product looks and feels well made (only time will tell) it’s quite easy to install depending on your bike. It took me around two hours to install, I’ve had a few people asking me what it is, and like me didn’t know you could buy this product .
