Everything camera-wise is fine but...not fully thought through as a design for motorcycles.

1. Didn't come with the gasket to seal the micro SD card cover. So not waterproof.
2. You cannot mount the front DVR unit vertically otherwise the image is sideways. There are no options to rotate the image 90 degrees; only 180 or mirrored so not good if like me it would be better to mount vertically. Innovv should provide this feature either through software settings or allow the camera lens to be rotated.
3. The brackets provided to fix the front camera are hopeless. I had to design and make my own.
4. The electrical leads from the front camera before they connect to the extensions are all too short by at least 12"(300 mm). It means you have bulky connections right where you don't want them in your handlebar zone. And also you can't shroud the wires in cable sleeve because of the large connectors.
6. The app forces you to use the camera WiFi (rather than Bluetooth) which because it is not an internet connection therefore disconnects your phone from mobile internet and you lose your (online) Google maps route.

We have placed an order and nearly three weeks later, the order on the website is still showing as 'Processing'. We have queried this and have been advised that the shipments are on their way from the factory.

The K7 is very well made for the price and the delivery was fast. It has great video footage that is crystal clear.

Great product, makes fitting motorcycle electric accessories less messy, only took one "splice" with a Posi Tap(red) to take ignition power for the internal relay. Some extra fuses of different ratings thrown in the box may have been good for tweaking it!

Its a job I enjoy doing on the bike, not too challenging with the directions from Innovv, all fittings, Cameras and wiring top quality, and works perfect, pleased with purchase and if you’re in the market for a Dash Cam I would recommend the Innovv k7

Bought 3rd eye with camera system 3 months ago. In Europe on tour and system has failed. Customer service have been good in trying to resolve but disappointed not working. Issue appears to be failure of main control unit. Bought it specifically for this trip. 3 days in and now disconnected as fearful it will kill battery.

I brought a K6 due to a near fatal accident. It fitted easily as you can only wire it in one way due to the connectors only plug in one way. I did have an issue with connecting the WIFI with my IPhone and the Ap. However, Daniel from their technical support helped sort the issue and was patient, polite and knowledgeable. I also brought the helmet cam which had no connectivity issues. Great service overall.

Bought the K7 cameras for my new second bike, I have had the K2 on my old bike for a few years, which I’ve been very happy with.
Easy to install, fantastic picture quality. I was initially sceptical about the need for the external control, but have found myself using it far more than I thought I would.

Solid camera. I use it for hunting.
Please make a model that can zoom in and more of a round shape.

I had my k7 fitted by Vertu Honda Nottingham were I purchased my bike I set the the app on my iPhone 16 pro and that’s when the problems occurred you have to go in to airplane mode select innovv k7 in WiFi settings and then switch of airplane mode off you can only get your pics of ur phone when it’s connected to it the actual camera side dash cam is brill but the app is rubbish

My experience with innovv.co.uk was very good, Quick to deliver the product, I am waiting to have the product fitted, so I can't review the product itself yet

So far good looking camera ,fitted in well where I. Wanted it. Only well slight lak of wiring instructions to hard wire to bike good camera.

Not fitted yet, but the quality looks good in the box, i have had a K2 fitted for a number of years and it does the job, so expecting the k7 to be even better.

Fast and correct delivery. I bought a Third Eye for my BMW 1300 GT motorbike. The product was delivered in quality packing and good instructions. Installation was easy and the Third Eye works very well. Is a great safety accessory (blind spot detection).
