customer service is appaling
they told us it was going to be delivered next day and it wasn't delivered for 4 days even though we had paid for next day delivery. When speaking to them on the phone they were very blunt and as if they were doing us a favour. Also we had to chase for the deposit to be given back.

We are sorry that on this occasion there was an issue with a third party courier which delayed the arrival of your test equipment, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this will have caused as we appreciate how important having kit on-site, on time is – we were able to reschedule the delivery for the next available working day but appreciate that was only a consolation in this case.
Referencing the deposit - Our technicians carry out post-hire service and checks, which can take a couple of days. Once this process has been completed, we refund the deposit, as was the case in this instance.
Thank you for your feedback, we take it seriously and again apologise for any inconvenience. We have attempted to get in touch with you to help explain and follow up.
Your feedback has been discussed within the team as we look for ways to improve our service overall.
