I am always impressed with the quality of materials, speed of delivery and easy-to-use design interface on their website.
I have ordered from Inkgarden mugs, placemats and notebooks. They are all among my cherished items. They have stood up to time, usage and kids.

Not impressed with the design!
I love the idea of theses travel mugs BUT not impressed with the design....the design that goes on the back is in fact Not on the back, it is more like on the side and does not look right. Also, the white paint on the bottom appears to be peeling already. I have shopped with Ink Garden for several items and I usually love my purchases, this time I am very disappointed!

WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!
By far, the worst experience dealing with a Promo company I've ever had! This company is unorganized, unprofessional & the product they sent to my company was completely Unacceptable! Once I contacted them explaining the issue, they gave me the runaround and sent me to department to department to voice mail to incompetent supervisors. Find a different company now!! You'll be happy you avoided them! If I could give 0 Stars, I would! (They actually deserve Negative Stars) STAY AWAY FROM INKGARDEN!!!

The Bad Order
From this company I had ordered something and purchesed 2 day shipping. I had ordered it on the 12th of Feb. It did not get here till 18th. Then I email them about the problem. then when they email back they make the rudest excuse about it and blamed it on me! And not to mention the item I had ordered was BROKEN! I hope every one of you people at ink garden reads this review. will never use this place again!

I am sorry that you felt that the email sent to you was a rude excuse. Our customer service reps are usually very cordial. Short emails can sometimes come over as being rude, which looks to be the case in this situation. I looked at your record. We sent out your customized order on Feb. 13. Looking at the UPS tracking information, UPS indicates that your order was delayed because of extreme weather conditions. Your order was shipped from our facilities in Pennsylvania. Pennsylvania was hit hard with a snow time around that time.
Please contact customer service about it being broken. They can be reached at 888-824-4700, Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm ET.

I'm creating memories!
Not my first order from Inkgarden, and again it's a winner. Website is easy to use, lots of choices and a great finished product. I'm already taking advantage of promotion codes and making Christmas gifts. Shipping charges are reasonable. I've done coffee mugs,plates, and pillowcases. Love all of them.

Our pillowcases
I have ordered pillowcases numerous times after seeing how bright and colorful the first one stayed. A year later and it still looked brand new! I now order them when they are on sale and re-post Facebook messages from Inkgarden to my friends.

Happy customer
I ordered 3 custom pillowcases after getting a deal via e-mail. I have been wanting to create special pillowcases for my children for around a year. When I seen the deal for $7.99 I could NOT pass that up. I created the pillowcases from a blank slate (but you can use already made templates online). They arrived quickly and look awesome! Definitely recommend.
