I had to keep calling them and I was getting upset. I have never had to go through anything like this in my life. You people need to understand that I am a human being and I had just lost my husband. They just don't care about the people who are in need. After I pay you back I will never call you for anything. I have had to beg for your help. It's crazy that you don't care about your customers.

It only took one phone call. The immediate response I received was excellent. I had only one week to relocate but had absolutely no funds, no bank account. I needed a miracle of biblical proportions fast. I only made one phone call and Mike the gentleman assigned to my case got me out of the OMG OMG state instantly. This is not a we will get back to you company. This is a company that stays with you every step of the way. They took care of everything. I had 900.00 cash wired to me through Western Union from this company.
Let me start from the beginning. I found out Weds. after work that move out day was in 7 days. I kid you not I sat there the whole night panicking, until I remembered that article i had read a few months prior. The next day Thursday I called and talked to Mike. He had my case reviewed and approved by Friday morning and had 900.00 dollars in cash wired through Western Union to open a bank account and pay my phone bill by early afternoon. Saturday went to open a bank account this company is closed Saturday and Sunday but Mike gave me his home office number.Had some trouble at Bank of America they wanted me to get a new social security card and show them a paper copy I had a new card coming. But there are not any offices open on the weekend. So I called Mike he said try Cash app. I couldn't get through setting it up properly. So I'm sitting there and I'm looking at my social security card and I can see my name and social security number plane as day so I drove to Chase bank instead. Mike spoke to the person handling getting my account this is still Saturday it's afternoon. Monday half the amount I requested was wired to my account and upon moving completely off the property which was Friday morning, the remainder of my requested advance was in my account Monday morning. I had been sent an article from our real estate agent the 7 best advance inheritance company's in the United States. This company was the first company described in the article. There are companies that just want your money. But these 7 companies are here to help you keep your money. And this company did everything that was in the article. Which was written by a reporter not affiliated with any of these companies. This was an outside look at what these companies did for there clients. And that's how I became involved with the company I'm working with right now. I'm not mentioning their name on purpose. Because all 7 of these companies share the same ethics provide the same service follow the same beliefs and common goals so there is no reason to mention one by name and highlight just one as being the best of the bunch they are all the same. That's why they are in the article 7 best probate advance companies their is no specific number one and here's why it wasn't a comparison article. All these companies practice the same ethics. I was very blessed to have that article. It doesn't matter which one of the 7 you choose. They all share the same values and service to their clients. And this company did do a great job for me. But I would recommend any of the 7 they are all number one. I had time to kill time waiting for my review I called another company on that list to get a comparison. But my company had already responded back during my conversation with this other company. I didn't get very far no forms exchanged no quotes my company had already gotten back to me I was on the phone and told the gentleman that they were on the other line and had to take the call. So I had long forgotten about the other company and was sure he'd forgot about me. But I received a phone from that gentleman and was shocked.he was even calling me. He just wanted to check in and make sure I was okay and was making sure everything was okay even though we weren't doing business together. I was so blown away that he thought enough to call me just to make sure everything was okay. So that's why I'm not highlighting one company over another the fact that this guy thought enough of me to check up on.me was exercising the same ethics. These companies are all on the same page. That's why they are in an article about the 7 best advanced probate companies there is no number one they are all number one.

I do not feel that i understand this program. I asked for a certain amount and did not get what I needed but much lower. I also received a document stating I sold holding to my estate and a lien was placed for double the amount I received. It was explained that after 3 months a 10k charge. After 6 months another 10k plus what the gave me. Interest is too high. If you can wait... you should....unfortunately I could not wait.

Highly distressing disappointing customer service experience dealing with the loan officer processing my estate cash advance request. I learned about estate advances from an offer letter to request a advance that came in the mail a year prior. I called late morning 3/09/26. The rep said he'd follow up with me later that day on advance status after he researches my probate case, but didn't. I've been knowingly mislead and jerked around from the start. After speaking with him he sent a text to send the name of the decedent, state and county. I next heard from him 10 next morning confirming the home is paid off, after I confirmed he requested pic of my ID and email add, 4 hours later he asked if I'd been evicted from the estate house, I confirmed, he said info helps process my app, after that afternoon he fell off the map, though he's only ever communicated by text I'd been checking my email spam daily. A week later 3/17 he texted late evening after 6 saying he didn't forget about me, is waiting for approval and hopes to get it soon, and will update me as soon as he hears back, earlier this day I'd reached out to another cash advance company a bit in it's infancy, I wasn't got back with, this and IF Co loan officer resurfacing same day seems it's possible the companies are sisters or affiliates. It's now roughly a week later 3/23/26 and I've not heard back from IF Co - his knowingly misleading communications has caused me great distress and very significant loss of time in figuring out something else - the company will only advance a minimum of 5k, I feel if they at least lowered their minimum to 3 this would be a better sense of community to help out those who may not need quite as much as 3, and definitely do not need or can hold off on 5, and still enable themselves to make money.

My rep made this easy & simple. Everything was presented clearly & no issues for anyone wanting to use this service. Highly recommend
