Outstanding experience with this company. Great communication. Honest dialogue. Quick decision and funding in my account less than 24 hours later. I had my doubts when I called because I’d just spent the past week getting the run around with another (you’ve seen their Probate Ads..online. wink wink ) anyways, after days and days of emails, countless calls, document scans, proof of this and that and blah blah blah. The other Probate Advance company sent me a TEXT that said sorry, deal won’t work… A TEXT!
The next day, I called a couple others but the timelines wouldn’t work but then I got Paul at Inheritance Funding. Paul saved the day and restored my hope in humanity. He was great to work with and from the start set clear expectations which….he followed thru on. Also, this company was HALF THE PRICE of the competitors. Thank you a million times over to Paul and the gang at Inheritance Funding. I’ll be referring you to everyone I know. 👏👏👏👏

I just called this company to get help with understanding my options in regards to an inherited property with my siblings after the death of my father. The person I spoke to (Paul) was not only not helpful, he was extremely rude. I was trying to get basic info about the services offered as it's been difficult to understand what my options are to buy out my siblings from their share of the property, etc. Paul not only didn't help me, he hung up the phone on me without even saying goodbye or being very kind or understanding about what I was asking. After the loss of my father and everything there is to deal with, I just needed help understanding how this company might be able to assist us in our process. I would think people who work there would be a lot more sensitive to dealing with people in grief who are overwhelmed. This guy was pretty much just a jerk.

Mike made the experience of getting funds from my inheritance easy and uncomplicated. He was sensitive to my grieving and emotions that i was experiencing in regards to losing my mother. When I needed emergency funds they wrnt above and beyond to get the advanced funds approved. I am very thankful that Mike has been handling my application for advance payments of my inheritance. I would give him more than five stars if possible, due to the quality and excellent service that he provides. I am lucky that Mike worked on my application and would request his services if needed in any future application for advanced payments of future inheritance funds.

I cannot believe how fast I received my money. AAA+++ . Even though the rates are a bit high the convenience was worth paying a higher fee. Without this help I would have been facing even more money owed but this enabled me to pay for immediate things which saves me in the end. I highly recommend this service if you have a low credit score no one to ask for money and if you can't wait and need money immediately.
