Bought a small figure as it was on half price, as I've sought after it for a while, quick delivery, packaged brilliantly and no issues. 5th purchase from them and I still go back each time I can. I definitely recommend indemandtoys as they are one of the best out there.

Been buying from IDT since around 2018 and can't say a bad word about them from my experience.

When Hasbro fails it's UK transformers collectors, IDT are there to pick up the pieces and give us a chance

I've ordered from In Demand over a half dozen times and every order was well-packaged and shipped quickly. Prices are reasonable and competitive with other online retailers. Would definitely use this company again in the future.

My 1st order was my last. The only up side was they refunded me very quickly. I had paid by Paypal so if all else had failed they would have stepped in. No apology or remorse on there part what so ever. I place a order for a item that was listed in stock and paid the full amount. Then when I contacted them on how much longer it would be I was email that I should of paid even more. I paid the amount I was asked for. So the goal posted were moved. No a good way to treat people. I was so appalled I have had my account cancel too. I will continue to use other retailers in this area of which I have used for years. This customer could have shared £££ I spend. Now the others will get it. 😞.

Todays Date 1/1/2025 As you can see never had a response to this, in over a year. I can only hope they have learnt from doing this to their customers. Happy New Year 🎉🍾

Absolutely impeccable Service!
I'm absolutely blown away at the excellent value and service I received from In Demand Toys.
I was having issues with Hasbro Pulse's site as ordering pre orders and in stock caused payments issues so I cancelled and the then could not re-order as
quantity allowance had changed to only 1 per customer on certain items.
This happened more than once and so I looked elsewhere and found that In Demand Toys had what I was after.
I chose the next day delivery option and paid something very small like £3.99 to have that service and made the order on Thursday morning.
The next day by 1:30pm I was sat admiring not only one of the single coolest purchases of figures I have made in a while but also one of the best value.
The first thing that came to mind was to leave a positive review for In Demand Toys on here because credit where credit is due, I'm so happy and impressed with the service and price. Thanks for putting a smile on my face and putting in all the effort to be an excellent figure seller. I highly recommend this company!

Brilliant company, with first-rate communications, shipping and product range. I've ordered multiple transformers toys from them over the last couple of months and the service has been unfailingly excellent. Can't recommend the company enough, particularly given the fact that they're an independent outfit. Good job!

Fast delivery and good prices

I've previously only seen them at conventions, but had a very pleasant experience with their online store. Ordered a festive gift for my wife on Thursday night and it arrived Monday morning (in spite of all the postal chaos at the moment).
Item came well packaged and the item and shipping costs were reasonable.

Sehr schlecht, Händler berechnet mir Zollkosten, musste beim Empfang der Sendung nochmal Zoll bezahlen. 2x Zoll bezahlt für die eine Bestellung, das ist nicht in Ordnung. Definitiv war das meine letzte Bestellung bei diesem Händler.

I've shopped wit IDT twice now , both orders were pre-orders. I couldn't have wished for a better service. They keep you updated right until despatch, then a 2-3 day window delivery in my experience. I will definitely continue shopping with you guys!

Had the last 3 power rangers retro morphin figured that I needed to have the whole team in retro form and they were well priced especially as I payed the price of 1 figure and I got two figures instead of one as they were both half price in the sale would definitely recommend then always

I ordered the marvel legends retro rhino. And 20 minutes later they already shipped. 2 days later he’s here in all good condition I will definitely order again!

I have used In Demand Toys twice this year, to buy WFC Transformers. Each time the service has been excellent. The collectables have arrived on time, and well packaged. The prices were great, too! Highly recommended. Will certainly use again!
