In demand have been nothing but great for buying Transformers in the UK, either via their site or in person at conventions. Their customer service is top notch (I bought a figure at a convention and realised it was missing the accessory when I got home and they sent a replacement straight away). This is my go to store for buying Transformers

In Demand Toys have proven themselves to be THE action figure and collectibles online store for the UK.
Not only do they carry the latest ranges, they allow 10% preorders for securing those artificial scarcity goodies when budgets are tight.
I've personally never had a problem with them. Even on the rare occasion when I've been sent the wrong item (mistakes happen), they've been great with sorting it.

I've been using IDT for many years, have made many, many orders with them (and wouldn't want to know how much I've spent!) and they've always been excellent.
Never had a single issue with any order, always received my items quickly and with no issues.
Their prices are always great, especially their sales which have some incredible bargains!
Also seem like nice chaps when I buy from them in person at MCM Comic Con.

Ordered from here a few times and also bought from at shows. Never had any issues with them and always come across as happy to help.

Used them for years for Transformers and never had an issue beyond once sending me a wrong figure. That was quickly sorted out. Now they do 24 hour shipping by default I rarely use anyone else. Most recent purchase turned up quickly and well packaged.

I've been buying from ID toys for years. I always pre-order through them as their prices are always reasonable. Speaking of, keep an eye out for their sales, they provide really generous discounts on a wide range of brands. The customer service is excellent and the team are super friendly, demonstrably so if you ever meet them at a convention.

Fantastic company, used this company for the last 3 years since starting to collect Transformers figures. Prices are brilliant, delivery is usually next day or within 48 hours and preorder system is brilliant! Would recommend!

I have ordered multiple items from them (most recently in December) all at a decent price and all were delivered in good time. I've also been to the store in person and found the staff to be very helpful.
