Instead, I paid them half the price of a new car, only to find my site buried pages deep on Google. Actual customers couldn't find me, and the only emails I received were spam.
The project went sky high over the initial timeframe and budget, delivering extremely poor results. Despite my substantial investment, Incrementors kept making empty promises, asking for more time while delivering the same sorry excuse for results. Their so-called "money back guarantee" is a complete joke – I never got a single penny back for their amateur work.
Incrementors Web Solutions shouldn't be in business. They have a lot of practicing to do before they can remotely advertise themselves as professionals. Their SEO services are a fantastic way to go bankrupt and gamble your life savings away. A poor DIY attempt at SEO would have yielded the same substandard rankings.
I fired them three months ago and still haven't received a refund. They even admitted to the poor results but refused to return my money. They offered to “help” afterwards at “no additional charge” but expected me to do half the job for them by coming up with new content or page ideas. It’s absurd that they need help from their client to do half their job.
