In2moto was brilliant from start to finish, I was enquiring about buying my first bike and I was lucky enough to talk to Nathan who is extremely knowledgeable on bikes and accessories for them, also he's very friendly,helpful and nothing is to much trouble for him, he even delivered my bike for me . Customer service here is 5*****. I'll definitely be looking here first for my next bike . Thanks very much for all your help Nathan, top man .

Not sure why a few other people reviews were negative....
My experience with these great guys was v v positive....
No pressure sales atall..v friendly and v professional all round..
I got an excellent bike for an excellent price (saw same bike with higher mileage AND higher price tag👍😁...
They let me even pay for it in installments at no extra cost atall..
Then wen id eventually paid for it(but couldn't collect it for another cpl v weeks)
I offered them some £ for storage fee,s...

They said no fees required atall,,,just bring us plenty of chocolate biscuits lols...
(I still owe them the chocolate biscuits)
And they haven't sent the heavies round to my address to collect said chocolate biscuits (phew)
Nor bailiffs from the chocolate biscuit maffia...

Massive thanks to mike n Nathan aswell n the rest of the team...all of whom were v friendly...

I will almost definitely be buying my next bike from them n i v strongly suggest anyone reading this checks out there huge collection of used AND/or new bikes...
In a nutshell would i recommend this motorbike shop to anyone or my friends...

Recently purchased a Royal Enfield Meteor 350 from In2Moto.Exerlent service,Nathan handle very thing, including the hand over of the new bike,explaining in detail how everything works, which is normally lacking in most dealership. This is not the first time I have purchased from In2Moto, nice to see that things haven't changed.
Go and see for yourself you won't be disappointed .

5STAR WELL DONE IN2 Moto

I was undecided, should I go for an Interceptor 650 or a Triumph Bonneville Street Twin.
Had a test ride on one of their second hand Interceptor's and enjoyed every minute. Yes there is a difference between 47 & 64 bhp and with the Interceptor you have to use all six gears.
The staff at in2moto were completely cool, absolutely no pressure. I bought the bike there and then and it was ready within a few days. They even fitted some aftermarket parts I had bought from Hitchcock's without charge.
When working out the bill every effort was made to 'shave a bit off here and there'.
I ended up a very happy customer with what I thought was a good bargain. The Triumph will of course allow you to get into trouble but the Royal Enfield will essentially do the same job but more sensibly and more importantly at a good £3,000 less. Both bikes have very similar classical looks Enfield made in India (and has been for over half a century) and Triumph made in Thailand. Both bikes are top quality machines. It was the approach from the staff at in2moto that impressed me (they also sell second hand Triumphs if that is your bag). Go and talk to them.

Just bought my Royal Enfield Classic 350 from In2moto in Warrington. Great service from these guys. Initially spoke to Steve and then Mike sorted everything from the ordering to the setting up. I wanted the gear lever raising and the guys in the workshop sorted it straight away. My friend also purchased his Meteor 350 from here and is equally pleased with the service. They stock a comprehensive range of bikes so if you’re looking for a new bike, check them out.

A first class dealership, I bought a leeway easi mini well presented and demonstrated the features to me in a good manner well done.

Recently bought a used bike from Mike at in2moto and the service was great. He walked me through the purchase process and also helped sourcing the finance, also very efficient with the paperwork process. Also the bike was delivered when I need it to be, the delivery driver was early and he went through the paperwork with me and even helped putting the bike away, big thanks to him too.

Shocking service young engineer always spoke down to me and every question I had made me feel daft for asking and the ridiculousness that they follow a schedule and stick with it even if another part of the bike is faulty and don't even mention it to you, like oh yeah at 10k your brakes need changing but you're currently on 5k and worn yeah sorry can't do anything about that until 10k good luck stopping!
Just stupid you'd think with them calling themselves engineers they would take the initiative and propose things to the customer to help them and if the customer says no then thats on them and takes all responsibility away from the engineer, but they don't even do that.

Terrible. Now out of pocket from repairing what they should have done during services. Avoid!

Really good experience from start to finish bought a new royal Enfield and could not be happier with it. Customer service was great and I was a pest checking what was going on and trying to get a delivery date. They were always honest and professional their knowledge is outstanding and I will use them again.

Just purchased a second hand bike from this company, dealt with Colin and found him very helpful and very knowledgable the whole transaction was slick and easy.
Even a week after collection a slight battery problem was checked and battery replaced immediately.
I can’t understand the negative undeserved reviews from some, I would certainly recommend these guys and use them again in future.

I bought a Hyosung GV650P lovely cruiser from in2moto and the sale, service, test ride and delivery was a total pleasure, completely effortless and I was under no pressure at any stage.

Took my bike in for a service today but unfortunately had an off at a roundabout on diesel on the way there. The guys were superb when I got there checking I was ok doing everything they could for me. Service done excellently and a list of parts I needed for the bike to make it as new again produced with essential part highlighted. I was even given a discount code if I wanted to order the part myself. Great service again at what is a hard time to be in business.
