Happy at the minute.

Some of the comments on the forum are quite distressing. I have a claim in with this firm and presently have no reason to complain. Fingers crossed my claim will be settled, one way or another, in good time. The staff I've spoke with have been very helpful.

Possible con don't use this company

Terrible comunication. Took over a month to reply to a yes if no question in an email. It's been 8 years since I started my claim. Not sure they even done any work. Often no solicitor in the office when I ask any questions. Bad attitude staff from the reception to the solicitors themselves steer clear at all costs.

Your claim, which has been ongoing since 2021, had been stayed by the courts pending an important decision in the High Court that was only delivered on 24 April 2026. Con artists

They cost me more than the compensation was the solicitor wanted 300 pounds an hour and I have been waiting over 3 years

Finally a solicitor that cares.

This was the 3rd solicitor who I called to discuss whether I had a worthwhile hearing loss claim. I just wanted to know if I stood a chance and if I did were they interested in helping me,
The first 2 companies I called just seemed to ignore lots of the details I was telling them, I felt like I was talking to a machine. When I spoke to someone at Imperium they listened! It was such a relief to talk to someone who I though could really help me as I think my claim is quite complicated. So good I felt compelled to tell the world there is at least 1 good guy working for people like me in the UK!
