IMO Car Wash - Wolverhampton Recensioni 8

Not bad car wash. Doesn’t completely clean everything off, I.e. sap on windscreen. Still a few bits left. Also, the left side first jet doesn’t work as well as the right side, so only half the windscreen gets done as you start to go through. I have also had my wing mirror damaged by the big rotary brushes. Managed to get it put back together but it’s not the same as it was. Now have to fold it in before going through it.
The one thing I will have to say is that I can’t fault the service and support that I received from their customer service. A big thank you to Daniel for all the help and assistance he gave me since having issues with the app and not being able to log in from changing my phone and not being able to access my account. He was an absolute star.
The one gripe I will say is that my app keeps logging me out whenever customer service sends me anything.

£18, still dirty and covered with horrible visible watermarks despite the "ceramic" coating BS.

Terrible service, chap was rude from the beginning. He refused to clean the inside of our vans unless we paid cash, claiming we was breach his standard? bare in mind there was 4 of our vehicles wanting to be cleaned which were all in good condition.

Overall the car was clean but I was disappointed with it. The “assistant” was not engaging and used his brush sparingly.

The worst car wash I've ever had. My car was left with streaks and not a clean finish. I'm not coming back again.

Customer service non existent and car and wheels still dirty after wash which was also extremely quick compared to other imo wash

Since the refurbishment and new name change, thecwash us ok and I like the drying technique. However the new gaffer is ignorant, rude and has no personality or interest in his job.
