Friendly and very efficient staff. I always have a Triple wax and my car looks good afterwards. Unfortunately, on this occasion my alloys were still pretty grubby....but still worth ⭐⭐⭐⭐

First time of a bad clean from this car wash that I usually use monthly. Windscreen wasn’t brushed on arrival so bird poo and fly splat wasn’t cleaned from windscreen. At the end the windscreen looked dirtier than it started. No turn point to go back to start other than to go all the way back around but was queuing traffic at roundabout for A34 junction so left

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - I visited IMO Car Wash Winchester on Saturday 17th and purchased a Ceramic XTR wash via the app. Unfortunately, the machine only delivered Ultra HD, and because it was at the end of the wash we noticed the machine said Ultra HD. It was so busy we didn't want to trouble the workers there. Instead, we immediately contacted IMO through the app, but received no response. This isn’t the first time we've had issues — on a previous occasion, the app code didn’t work, and we ended up paying twice for a Ceramic XTR. Again, we reached out via the app with no reply.
While the car wash itself is efficient and works well, the customer service is extremely disappointing, and this repeated lack of response has cost me around £25.
Because of this, I’m giving two stars. IMO really needs to address their app communication and ensure customers aren’t left out of pocket!!
