My car was filthy on arrival and came out like new - very happy

Brilliant service and nice clean car too boot

Really good personal service and good value ceramic one off clean

You could see that some of the jets inside the car wash were not working. I think this was for the final phase adding things like the rain repellant. Afterwards you could tell the difference as the right side of my windscreen didn’t get any applied to it.

Cleaned car very well with top wash.

Very disappointed by the service and from the employees. Not washing properly and wasn’t foaming and brushing. There was dirt in the corners and the door handles after the wash. Very disappointed from the service.

Upon arrival I was trying to work out the app. One of the members of staff just stood there. Staring at me. He didn't speak. when I pulled up to show the barcode I didn't understand what he said to me. He pointed out the instructions we went through the car wash and left.

My partner went to use the IMO in Torquay. On the prewash they broke her fuel cap with the pressure washer so that it now stays open. We have video footage of this. After this happened we were told we couldn’t go through the car wash as the cap springs open. Not refunded as the guy was in a hurry to get us out as there was a build up of cars behind us. The guy was of no use with wha to do next. I found out I needed to send a contact form from there website and they will get back in touch in ten days. Twice we did this and heard nothing. Then we sent an email and were told we need a signature from the guy who did it on an accident form. We don’t live in Torquay and also we weren’t told that but the guy at the time. Her brother who was working up this way popped into get what we need and the guy refused. Their customer service is absolutely awful if they damage your car. Stay clear.
Edit: we have contacted you on the email on your website as I have wrote in my original post and you told us we have to go all the way back to Torquay which is a way away from us to get some kind of form (and can’t remember off the top of my head which one it is) but Torquay is a way for us. Your staff should have given us this at the time.

Car wash it self quiet good and good for the price but the manager or whatever was in charge on the very rude!! I’ll use a different location next time.

I would like to be able to pay cash at the car wash to real people.

Paid online , had receipt from PayPal, had QR Code from company but it didn’t work , said not valid ! I made a special journey to get there and was told I would have to pay again so I refused and requested a refund through website but haven’t heard anything since ! Won’t be using again !

The machine itself was great. The operatives were not so great. They were not very good at what they were doing what ever it is they are meant to do.

The guy working there was rude. The machine broke down on me and his attitude was appalling. Never going to go back there again to be honest.

Took my car for the £20 wash. The bloke was nice enough. There was a sticky substance on my bonnet which he said he couldn't get off on the prewash. He did appear to be rubbing rather hard. I said not to worry and went through the machine. It seemed very quick for the £20 cycle! Got home and noticed the paintwork on the bonnet had been taken off. I returned next day and saw a different man who was very rude and didn't care just shrugged his shoulders and said it wasn't them and walked away. Customer service shocking. Will not be using this service again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Just terrible. 30 sec prewash (useless)
£20 top wash came out still dirty. Paid all that extra because it says lasts 5 times longer. Next day after rain looks filthy.

Absolutely awful customer service. Never had service like it here before last week. The man couldn’t even be bothered to get off the phone to serve me for 10 minutes despite me asking if he could, as I was in a rush. He just kept saying yes then not coming over. I paid £10 and he didn’t even pre wash my car. Once I got out of the wash I checked my car and it was absolutely filthy. Probably as he hadn’t prewashed it or done my alloys as included in the price I paid!! When I went to ask him to do it again he said he didn’t care. I have all the photos and the interaction on my dash cam and proof of laziness from the terrible service I got. I am awaiting a reply from the head office that I have complained to. NEVER USE THIS CAR WASH COMPANY AGAIN

Love IMO. Get a great deal via a well kno4wn vehicle recovery service. Staff in Torquay are so polite. Car is always immaculryqate after either a car wash or a valet. Good value with the discount too.

I used to happily use this car wash in the past, however I've noticed it is slowly degrading in their service. Visited in today and it looked like a complete dump with overflowing bins and rubbish scattered everywhere. Going through noticed that lots of valves are slowly dripping on the floor rather then spraying the car. At the end the blower didn't move as normal down towards the car so ended up with wet car. Complained to one worker but he said the blower/drier is broken and it's company not him. I said there should be either a notice that it is not fully operational or they shouldn't charge full price. I am disappointed and won't be returning.

Excellent vacuum cleaners £1 for 3 mins and then had my car washed on the triple programme. While my car was being pre washed Mohammed told me that he could get my alloys very clean with a £ 5 treatment. (Occasionally I clean my own car and the alloys are a pain to clean and never really look that good) I agreed to this and was absolutely amazed and delighted by the result. They look amazing. Thank you will definitely do this again.
