The service was very good. The guys there were very quick and polite. The new managment was a very good improvement.

I had the perfect experience using this wash today I chose diamond wax and had a mini valet car came out spotless would definitely recommend as they have a wide range of choices

Pre Purchased ultra xt wash turned up and was told they have a major water problem so could only do eco or eco plus and as they could tell us when the water issue would be sorted did we want to use the code with just the eco plus was and they would give the car an good going over by hand after, which we accepted. After the machine wash we parked in the valet and all they did was chamois the car off ( eleven then they missed mirrors and a few other bits) so no wax protection was given or anything. We Didn’t say
anything as we just felt like we’d been done and probably will just go elsewhere next time.

Washing was not properly done,my car was wet after the wash .then I need to wipe it again,it’s not the way as a reputed company does it

Always go IMO when I need exterior cleaning. Good wax that lasts weeks so worth the price 100%. I find interior cleaning a bit too expensive so haven't tried.

All good overall, always nice service

Took my car for outside wash paid 13 pounds , but not happy on the pre entry wash by the two girls there, didn't toch the wheel at all.

I got my car cleaned here over a month ago... as the car was going through the car was I heard a loud bang and saw my wing mirror get smashed off on the passengers side.

when I came out and drove around for the interior wash the guy ran over with the broken wing mirror trying to fix it back onto the car... he couldn't it was completely smashed. He then filled me with a tone of confidence telling me that this happens all the time but not to worry just fill this form in and IMO will get in contact with me to get this resolved.

It is not over 4 weeks later not a peep from them even with me trying to chase them calling and emailing, they dont care in the slightest and just hope that I go away. complete joke of a company.

BEST WASH! Popped into Shirley IMO for a quick wash, didn't think much of it last time I came through but there was a new team this time, after watching how thoroughly they did the car infront of me, I thought I'd give them a go at a better wash so went for a rain guard (given Britain's unpredictable weather) and honestly, best wash! They got all the bits that other places normally miss, my car came put gleaming looking brand new! Going back next week for the same and a valet (as I didn't have time for a valet today) new team is brilliant, friendly and professional. Definitely recommend!

Good quick and staff recommended the ceramic wash they done a very good prewash and whet though the wash. came out with a very good sine on my van. There is. Also vacuum your car for one pound for 3 minutes. Staff is very helpful at IMO Shirley.

Best car wash around such friendly staff very reasonably priced and left my car looking clean as like it was new. Defo recommend won't be going anywhere else. You Defo won't be disappointed x

What a waste of money👎👎 went for ultra hd but still came out with lots of dirts, similar to a Sainsbury’s £5 wash!! Tried £1 for 4mins Ultra turbo Vacuum as well which was leaking all over and less powerful than my home vacuum!
Going to another wash tomorrow
