I have been coming to this place for a while and every time you spend money here they never clean your wheels properly so I think the spray bottle they use is diluted down because it doesn’t work very well and I think it’s time they upgrade there brush’s because they look over dirty and due a change

Don't bother
Arrived at 6pm Bought a HD wash on promotion last week, Wheels weren't touched and the guy was blunt and rude because he clearly wanted to get off an hour early despite showing online they close at 7pm , then he almost rear ended me as my car was entering the car wash. Car was still dirty in places, nothing "HD" about it, First and last time using these.

Payment method poor, slow service
Due to poor WiFi the attendant wanted cash which I didn't have. He then asked for a bank transfer. The quick pay QR code wasn't quick as I had to get out of my car to make it work. Had to wait 5mins then for attendant to finish his phone call. Not quick.

One can never get a free bonus wash…
One can never get a free bonus wash when going straight to car wash.
Also it’s getting more and more expensive, so I’ve started going to the hand car washes who do a really good job for £10.
The pre wash at IMO is a bit rushed and wheels not done properly.

Expensive automatic carwash
Expensive automatic carwash. Quality of wash not better than in any other automatic carwash but price is high. I fought that for £14 I will get my car clean and shine all over. I am disappointed. Better to go for any hand wash it will be cheaper and car will be cleaner.

As Good as a Hand Wash?
After inspecting my car after the wash, I found a small piece of the roller brush stuck between the offside front headlight and the panel.
I couldn’t remove it with my fingers so, it may have caused more damage.
A hand wash may not have done this.

Back windows left streaked, and alloys still very dirty. Seems too quick to be value for money.

Although the attendant downed and brushed my car I found the windows all smeared after drying and the wheels were still filthy. I’m not very impressed for £14.
