Staff are always friendly.
Staff are always friendly and will help in any way.
I find that when it's busy, they are a bit quick to get the initial power wash done and get you into the auto wash. A little more time time spent doing that would go along way in customer service. Im sure drivers don't mind waiting an extra minute or two if they know that that will get a better pre wash at the start.
