The staff were great, my car was covered in bird poop and they got it all off

Use this regularly and the staff are always friendly and helpful and my car comes out gleaming.

No waiting, employees polite and friendly, quality of wash is excellent.

Quick service and reasonable prices

I had booked for ultra hd service that includes wash, clean shine and wax . I took the car to the Musselburgh wash and followed the queue after showing them the prepaid ticket for the wash. It only took 5 minutes through their system and when I came out I noticed that the car body had dirt marks still around and I showed that to the personnel and also asked when did the shine and wax happened. To which he said angrily that you pay more ( 100£) for manual wash . This is what I get and if I have problem speak to the customer service. And he almost head butted me. I could not see the difference between different level they got such as eco wash, triple foam , ultra hd or ceramic. Felt cheated and conned.

I paid £13 for Rain Guard but the guy gave me just a Triple Foam wash which I saw on the screen which many doesn’t notice because of water and foam on the windows but I noticed and took a photo on my phone from inside the car and as I came out I enquired, firstly the other attendant asked me to rewash as RAIN GUARD but the guy who started the machine probably the owner ) told the 2nd attendant to refund the difference to me and as I didn’t had time I accepted but I believe the first guy intentionally did put me through with the guy in front of my car who was doing Triple Foam and he thought I wouldn’t notice but I did and if this is the case it is FRAUD and cheating which is totally illegal and can be reported to police and FCA maybe he has done to many. I am soon putting it up on Social Media and warn everyone. Please get rid of such Franchise owners it will destroy your reputation as I believe the First guy is running the Franchise there in Musselburgh

I had a great experience at this car wash. The staff were very professional and friendly, and they took the time to recommend a wash option that suited both my car and my budget. The service was carried out with real care and attention to detail. When I collected the car, it was spotless and unbelievably shiny – probably the best it has ever looked. I will definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this place.

Use the IMO in Musselburgh a lot and always a great service from the guys that work there. My car was particularly bad this time and the hand pre-wash was a tough job give the state of my car, but no issues, and car was spotless

Overall, very good.

I've booked ceramic xtr wash and the staff gave the basic eco wash and when I went back and asked about it, he argued. I've contacted the customer care and complained and never got any response.

As always, fast and efficient. The poor guy must have been frozen.
