I had a really great experience at this car wash recently and felt it deserved a shoutout. The team was friendly, professional, and paid close attention to detail—my car hasn’t looked this clean in a long time. They were efficient without rushing, and you can tell they genuinely care about doing a good job. It’s always nice to come across a place that takes pride in their service. I’ll definitely be coming back and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable car wash!

Bought a wash via the app. Went yesturday (05/04/26) and they were only accepting cash!

I'm really quite disappointed and confused by my visit to IMO Kidderminster today! I paid for the eco wash via the app, I believe it was £6. When I got there and presented the code the operator was very rude to me. He said that I should have paid for the £10 wash, he pointed at the self serve jet wash and said I should take it there first. He then said 'you are just sat there while I have to clean this' He was waving his arms about then went and complained to his colleague! His colleague just shrugged, called me forward and continued the process like they normally do. I went through the car wash and my car came through clean. Is there a policy that you can't use the eco wash if your car is dirty? I was really embarrassed and confused by the whole situation if I'm honest, I've never had that kind of service there in all the years I've been using it!

Wash was fine, but pre-paid for a Tripple Wax but then when I got there the programme was apparently broken so had to pay extra for the next programme up. Felt like a bit of a swizz. Wanted cash originally, but when I told him I didn’t have any cash he asked me to pay on card. Didn’t feel I could say no.

Awful! The one I chose was out of order so the guy demanded I pay a pound extra for the one above. When I refused as I didn’t have the cash he threw change through the window and gave me the next one down! Then when I was going into the carwash, I have an electric vehicle and it has an autohold on
The brakes. It took a few minutes to navigate through the menu to switch it off- the guy hammered on my window shouting ‘take your foot off the brake!’… it wasn’t on it! Not great service at all

The wash itself was good however when getting to the end where the dryer and rugs are, it kept stopping and so the whole line stopped. This made me have to drive out of the wash without my car being dried properly. Not a big deal but one you need to be aware of as It didn't only happen to me. Won't stop me going back though.

Horrid experience. I paid on the app but it didn’t load in time for my turn. The attendant shouted at me that it’s not a money “in and out” service. He was in a rush and wouldn’t wait and demanded I pay again - fine I’ll save my prepaid for next time. It finally loaded and I showed him to prove I wasn’t trying to sneak a free wash and said there was no need to be so rude. He loaded me into the car wash, scanned my code and gave me a £10 note. When I said “I paid for an £11 wash” he said “what’s a pound?!” And walked away and sent me through.

Staff very grumpy almost aggressive - and it made me think twice about staying and not for the first time
