Unfortunately, another visit confirmed that the quality of service continues to decline. The car was returned still dirty, key areas were not cleaned properly, and the staff showed no willingness to address the issue. The service delivered does not match what is advertised, and customers do not receive the value they pay for. Management should urgently review their quality standards and ensure proper oversight of the work performed.

Windows and wing mirrors were still dirty after using this car wash. No attention to detail. Had it not been so busy I would have gone back round

Amazing Carwash and thay do a great valet staff are very friendly and helpful I would highly recommend recommend

Took 2 cars in one for full wash and valet , what an amazing difference like new, second car I spilled milk in boot , terrible stench tried everything to get rid of it nothing worked. Went to IOM they were great had it smelling lovely in such a short time well worth the money and what a great service and great bunch of guys. Will defo be going back there again !

Brought my car in today for the full works. My husband was having to use the car for work (he’s a joiner) so you can imagine the state it was in. Was identical to the inside of a works vans with wood chipping, saw dust, stones, food, spillages and so on. When I picked my car up it was like picking up a brand new car. You’d never know the filth that had been there just a couple hours before. Never used them till today but will definitely be back! Thanks again guys.

Had a fantastic experience today getting my car all done. Wasn't booked just handed it in this morning and was done by lunch time. Hasn’t had a full Valet since purchased, it was badly needed. It’s absolutely gleaming, cleaner than when I bought it. Wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

My visit to IMO Irvine was absolutely brilliant, drove in today asked if I could have full valet done today. Not a problem took car and told me to come back in approx 2 1/2 hrs. On my return care was gleaming on the outside and the inside was spotless and smelled amazing. Guys done a fantastic job at a great price, very friendly. I would not hesitate in recommending IMO Irvine. Car looks as if it’s just came out the showroom. Will definitely used them again.

I use this place 2 or 3 times a week for the £4 wash as I drive a taxi, today, due to weather & road conditions it was quite busy, when I asked for usual £4 wash I was told "No chance, it's minimum £5, or go elsewhere" getting greedy now, hope they remember that during the good weather & their regulars have went "elsewhere"
