Good clean, quick service !

Drive through often stops with vehicles stranded in machine.
pre was power wash often does not clear large areas of debris from body.

I chose the 19.99 ceramic wash and my car was still dirty after it was finished - residue and trickle marks on the back ledge by the boot, brush scuffs on the door. Bird poop residue on the roof visibjj oh through the sunroof. Member if staff was helpful but could not advise which settings should be disabled eg emergency stop. The process had to keep being paused so I could be told not to break - when what was actually the problem was the automatic breaking system.

I bought a bundle it didn't show up on my account so I had to pay cash for a car wash and it cost me more and I didn't get a loyalty credit. So not happy

Except that (again) the rear window under the overhang was not manually washed (the rollers can't get to it)

I don’t normally write reviews however I had to make an exception because I felt ripped off. I used the car wash in Inverness on the 22nd February and I filled in an online form to give feed back of my experience. I am still waiting for a response which I presume has just been ignored, not good business practice. I have used this car wash for a few years now but I have never uncounted the car wash in the condition it was on the the day of my visit. The wash bay was like the surface of the moon I can,t really describe how bad it was but presume it to be really bad frost damage. The car wash kept stopping and needed to be restarted twice while travelling through the machine itself. There is normally a colourful detergent covering the car on entry which was either well diluted or non-existent. The wax section of the wash wasn't working on the passenger side of the car and on exiting from the wash the passenger side looked half washed. I will not be using the IMO car wash again and been washing the car by hand saving money and making a better job.

The site has not been open, sometimes there is a sign that says maintenance other times there are no signs, giving the impression that it is open until you pull up to find no staff and the site inoperable. It would be helpful to advertise what is happening.

Not enough spent on cleaning wheels, as I have spoke type. Going through was fine, but when vehicle came out after few moments the glass was drying, there was an awful mess of dried smudgey dirty water over car.

It was all going well but then the car wash malfunctioned when we were just a meter from the exit I and we had to sit 10+ minutes waiting for them to manually open the gate and let us out!

Great wash in the end but the entrance is a bomb site. Bricks sticking up at all angles and completely unacceptable entry to car wash. Damage will be caused to cars soon if not already.

Went in 1 week ago with my grandson. Guy who was operating the car wash was struggling to work the machine. Finally got to.my turn..I said to the guy 'is it working?' He said yeah and told me to put my window up and sprayed the hose at my car before I had my window up!. I paid £10 for a diamond wash. There was no soap in the wash...seems like all I got was a rinse! As said my grandson was in the car so I didn't go and complain. Went back twice in the following days to complain.. but there was a sign saying closed for maintenance. Finally it was open today so I stopped in complain. 'Manager' said I waited too long to complain...6 days as it was shut the other times I came down. Also said the guy was sacked as there was so many complaints...so I thought ok then...ill get my car washed today then properly...noooo guy said coz i complained to The Company...and waited too long he wouldn't be refunding or giving me the wash I paid for! Absolutely horrendous customer service and will never be back. Basically scammed.

Paid for a wash, got there and it was closed, no joy as to when it will be open again. Not happy surely there should be something on the app to let you know that the wash is closed (during opening hours)

I use IMO every few weeks, recently car has not been cleaned satisfactory. Very casual Pre-wash. Although I have pre-paid Triple Wax program, driving through wash it showed Eco-Wash. I have 2 pre paid Triple Wax left, hope for better result. Staff not as good as in previous times.

Very frustrating experience with this drive-through car wash. I tried to use it twice in one day and it was out of order both times.

In the morning, I drove straight up to the car wash bay only to be told it was out of order. There was no sign at the entrance, so I had no warning before driving in. I then had to reverse all the way back out, which was not easy. An out-of-order sign at the entrance would have prevented this.

I came back later the same day and saw a short queue, so assumed it was working again. While waiting, I purchased a car wash online, only for the attendant to walk around shortly after and tell everyone that the car wash was out of order again.

On top of that, the car wash bay itself is in poor condition. The ground is uneven with loose cobbles, which is not great for cars driving over it and definitely needs repairing.

Overall, this was a waste of time and money. Better communication, proper signage, and basic maintenance are badly needed.

You spend £21 for the full clean experience and the car came out almost as dirty as it went in. What a waste of money.

on arrival i showed my pre pay qr code on my phone. the attendant seemed annoyed and had to go and get a mobile phone to scan it. then he he canned it and longed to the carvwash. i waiting for his instruction bit he just waved and waved in an abrupt manner telling me to drive in. after that the wash finished and the war of my car was not washed properly and clearly an issue with the machine.

pretty poor and i use them a few times a year.

Didn’t wipe down the back of my car, so it was still dirty. Really disappointed as I paid for the £16 option.
Waste of money!
