IMO Car Wash - Falkirk Recensioni 20

Last Friday I stopped in to get my car washed, it is the only car wash I use.
Going into to the machine it stopped , the guy in charge started gesticulating and saying something , twice again the machine stopped! The guy then started screaming and shouting , I wound down my window part way and asked him him what his problem was. I wasn't able to hear exactly what he was saying but did tell I had a hearing aid in and the noise from the machine was making it dificult to hear what he was saying. I was extremely shaken up by the experience and his totally unnecessary screaming and shouting!
If I could have taken my car out of the car wash at that point I would have.
One thing is certain is that I will not ever be using this car wash ever again and the guy needs intensive training on customer relations.

Guy cleaning your car before ou go through car wash very impatient if you’ve not quite got car in right position. Not 1st time I’ve experienced this with him.

Got the car clean but the blower wasn't working to dry the car. Not convinced the triple wax was all there. Dissapointed that the cost of using the app was more than the cash price

Machine seems to trip regularly. I put car on free rolling as wasn’t sure if I was doing something wrong.

Prepaid scanning machine was not functional and there was no signage to explain this. The only option I was presented with was to pay again (I couldn’t reverse out due to queue behind me).

Waiting on hearing from you about a refund as the app wasn’t working on the attendants device so I had to pay cash. This was very inconvenient as now I have to fight for a refund from you. No sign was display to let others know it wasn’t working very poor business.

Attendant at the car wash informed me that he couldn’t scan the code for the wash I’d purchased as “his scanner wasn’t working”, and demanded I pay again. Waste of money

We saw promotion of ceramic xrt and scanned qrcode and went to attended but voucher was not working. We had to pay again for a wash.it was very disappointing at the time to pay twice

App works great, staff at Falkirk are really good

Terrible car wash. A few weeks ago noticed a bad scratch on the roof of my car that could only been caused by the dryer that comes up and over. Passed by last week on way to Lidl and noticed the dryer is gone and the cloth curtains are in place at the end now. Won’t be taking my new car through any car wash in future, hand wash only from now on

Hi had a car wash with a lovely young man he was so happy and helpful I was over the moon with my car he's the best for doing valets he's a very hard worker best car wash ever.ive been here before I was disappointed but the new guy is brilliant.

Had my ariel torn off on exit by the blow dryer bar failing to rise. Spoke to the attendant who was not surprised."Happens all the time. Bar is too low." he said. Filled out claim form and was contacted by IMO person by email. She questioned if ariel was actually on car!! Going legal and prepared for long battle.

Another not the price advertised. Only needed a £1.50 wash as I travel cross country for work a £1.50 does once a week. Big sign advertising £1.50 but apparently they don't do it anymore??
No one in the queue so I reversed out (only had £1.50 in change). Attendent chased me, shouting at me telling me he would report me and ban me??? All I said was I only want what was advertised. Couldn't be bothered arguing but he was all ready for a fight. Can't believe I'm moaning over £1.50!!!
