The clean wasn’t brilliant and I paid £17.50 via the app and yet the sign at the car wash said £15.00 if you use the app. So I have overpaid

Good rain will wash better than your Eco cycle :-(
Well, I knowingly ordered Eco cycle as I don't like the amount of chemicals they use (there was no need this time).
Unfortunately, my car came out with pretty much the exact amount of dead insects on my windscreen as it went in :-(
I didn't expect miracles but this was for me a total waste of money :-(

Choice with efficiency
There was a queue when arrived but it did not seem that I had to wait too long.
I had also managed to book my wash on the app, which was easy to use.
Plenty of choices of washes.

Bought a car wash when they were open midday no one turned up to help waste of money also called the business went straight to voicemails! Haven’t received a refund and no one has reached out.

Absolutely awful service
Absolutely awful service! I paid for the wash on my app, but was shouted at by the attendant! He told me I couldn’t use the voucher, that they only do cash or card! He was incredibly angru and rude towards me. I absolutely won’t be back.
