Because the wash uses recycled water the filters are not cleaning the water enough, that coupled with that the final rotation wipes have been removed means that when the car drys it is left with dirty... Leggi di più

Car was still dirty with spots left all over it. Paid extra for the wheels the be cleaned and still were dirty when finished. The staff member was a bit rude as I thought he said put the handbrake on... Leggi di più

Because the wash uses recycled water the filters are not cleaning the water enough, that coupled with that the final rotation wipes have been removed means that when the car drys it is left with dirty water drop marks all over the car

I always use this IMO as it’s my most local, the guys are always friendly and do a good job.

I didn’t receive the wash I paid for on the app. So essentially I have overpaid a lot for the basic wash my car received

Car was still dirty with spots left all over it. Paid extra for the wheels the be cleaned and still were dirty when finished. The staff member was a bit rude as I thought he said put the handbrake on and he came back to shout at me when I had misheard him. Better off just going to a normal car wash and my mirrors are filthy too

Great wash as always however the big microfibres at the end were not installed and so only the drier was used. If I had known about this I wouldn’t have paid full price.

What a lovely chap at the car wash today very thorough in the pre clean very pleasant too as always car is washed to a high standard and was once again shining as new always very satisfied when we attend every month highly recommend a subscription well worth it

IMO Durham Tesco. I go to this car wash roughly every two weeks. Last week I did some off the road driving, so the inside got really dusty, so I booked in for a Mini Valet today Thursday 23/06/22 at 10am. The Mini Valet covers : Express Valet plus: Wheels and alloys detailed, Windows polished, Dashboard cleaned, Plastics cleaned, Vinyl trims cleaned and an Air Freshener. I left the car with them for an hour, when I got back, I noticed that the dashboard which was the most dusty part had only been swiped over with what looked like a hand, the console was still dusty and so were the doors. When I informed the young man that the dashboard wasn't done properly; he brought out this dirty looking cloth ( it says dashboard cleaned on the Mini Valet) and dusted it down the drivers side; I also pointed out that it didn't look like the door had been done either so he did that. After dusting it down he went to the passenger side door and did that and promptly walked off. I went after him to tell him he hadn't done the passenger side dashboard, at which time he told me to stop shouting. I wasn't shouting, but talking over the car wash where he had gone back too, also I had the right to be annoyed as he hadn't done the job properly, which I told him so. He then turned and told me I was banned from the car wash!!! After getting home, I also noticed the boot hadn't been vacuum either nor had the windows been cleaned as there was still a mark where I killed a bug. Cost me £32
I started to use this service at the Tesco Durham branch through the voucher scheme from my insurance, which I'm sure many have?
I managed to get one (yes one) wash from this place. The following visits saw either no triple foam available...ie..no voucher customers please, with the remaining visits only taking cash only. I get 1 voucher a month to wash my car and have been issued 4 to date, but could only use 1. I had to go back to the company issuing these, to state my concerns and note that this is the only nearest place to me, but was unable to make use of any vouchers I had, because of them either not having the triple foam only, or cash only visits; all other washes were fully available.
I have now requested a different voucher to use elsewhere, which I now have and would advise others to do the same, just so the message gets across to this company, as clearly they are not sticking to their side of the bargin on this offer.
I've now gone back to getting my car washed by hand, which I must agree, is the only way to get your car washed, as those brush systems are not really good for your cars paintwork anyway and do leave marks etc...
If you cannot provide a service to customers who buy into this scheme, then you should either stop this and refund customers through the comparison site company, or play fair and stick to your end of the bargain. Maybe IMO is sticking to this, but staff are in on some kind of scheme themselves?? Who knows, but this needs addressing ASAP! The best way to deal with this, is to go back to the comparison site company and requested a different voucher, as you cannot use yours. Best of luck!
