The car wash service is good. The cleaning of the wheels could be improved upon though.
I use IMO car wash frequently. The APP works well and always purchase the bundles.

The car wash itself was good, but the app did not load properly and once again the operator had to help. But the discount code for the wash did not download until I got home, of course the discount expired, this could be my mobile network also. Why does your site use American calendar dating? this is the UK

Not as good as I expected.
I paid for the top level car wash (not including the interior clean) - CTR Ceramic. On returning home I realised that lots of the ‘harder to get to areas’ hadn’t been cleaned. These areas should have been cleaned by the attendant with the jetwash before reaching the automatic section. This included some of the alloys, the seals around some windows etc. Still worth doing but just a shame it wasn’t as good as previously.
