Helpful ,friendly staff and a range of wash's available. I take advantage of buying bundles with my wife's new car getting the Ceramic XTR treatment and my older car the Ultra HD wash.

The extra wash before entering the actual car wash makes the car cleaner. Also, the process to pay for the wash through the Imo app is very easy and straight forward.

Spent money for no service
I did purchase online right before getting service at 5pm on 26th Apr at location close to Holiday Inn Coventry hotel, but they refused to wash as they just cloesed at 5pm. I explained to the guy that I needed to get car wash on that day and couldn't come next day, but refused.
I don't understand why they refused or why online purchasing system allowed me to purchase where I cannot get the service.
I just purchased with no service.

I have always had a good wash from IMO apart from my last visit where one wheel washing brush was not functioning.
