Have previously used the car wash and been really impressed but for £20 this was really disappointing

Had a ceramic XTR wash paid £19 what a waste of money. Didn’t notice until we got home but there was still quite a bit of bird mess left on the car paying for the full programme you would have expected it to be all off. The young lads that were doing it should have jet washed it off on the pre wash.wanted to put on photos but wouldn’t it allow me to.

Clean, but not spotless
There was a queue when I arrived, but I waited and it didn’t take long to get to the front. The car was clean, but not spotless. It is covered in tiny dots, which are either watermarks left from the car wash, or salt deposits not washed off properly. It’s cleaner when I wash it myself!

Mostly a reasonable result -I always get the top of the range wash (XTR?) but occasionally find the pre machine wash a lot lacklustre leaving obvious grot, especially on a weekend-might be coincidental but…

Complaint Regarding Poor Quality Ultra HD Wash
I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent visit. I paid for the Ultra HD Wash, expecting a thorough and high-quality clean. However, the result was far from satisfactory.
Despite choosing one of your premium wash options, the grill and alloy wheels were still noticeably dirty, which clearly indicates that the service was not performed to the expected standard.
Given the price and the promise of an enhanced wash, this experience was quite frustrating.

Rude, incompetent, argumentative. All I wanted was a Car Wash..
Used Pre-pay via the app and ended up in a full argument with the old guy who works there as he didn't want to honour the Pre-pay (I think because Ceramic XTR was £14 in the app whereas he was charging £20 at site). Tried telling me my QR code was blocked and kept making about being out of pocket. The guy is just ridiculously rude and incompetent. Who needs that level of hassle when getting a car wash? Plenty of others in our area to use so won't be going back here.

A mainly positive experience
A mainly positive experience. The operator was friendly. My car was pressure washed before the car wash to loosen the dirt. It was quite clean overall but the back bumpers still had quite a lot of dirt. However I would use the car wash again.

The staff member announced that it was cash only after I’d paid on the app.
Reluctantly he fetched a device from the office. Whereupon he ‘reminded’ me; “bear in mind this is my own phone!” I shrugged, wondering how this was my fault or problem. He seemed thoroughly dissatisfied with the job and taking it out on customers.
