Always a good clean, with quick, polite service 😁

Very poor car wash, one side of the car not touched, windows still murky and water marks left allover the paintwork after i booked a full wax job.

Friendly staff. My car was well overdue for a wash. The rear hatchback had a lot of dried on mud.
The staff took extra care to clean this off prior to going through the car wash

They gave my car a really good scrub before it went through the wash. Thanks for getting all the winter muck off.

Staff working the car wash were very efficient and professional, car was sufficiently cleaned.

Went throught the farnworth branch and it scratched my car in quite a few areas

I will never use this car wash again,
Paid £14 and I have to clean the car again at home, did not clean some parts of the car ,

Went to farnworth car & van in front me no 1 therev10min past decided go van went car turned around shouted he back I turned around I was in van he wash rushing then when come to my van he tickled over jet wash I wound window down shouted you not doing wheels or window or van said I have bull shizt bull shizt I went through wash got home looked back was dirty windows were and circle swirl scratch on back I was ripping went back told guy wheels dirty scratch wasnt interested little dk lucky g.f with me or I put the dk in wash said o wheels not in with clean , well says on board with prices , dont waste on them little dks got load shizt reviews aswell I messaged office got reply got go get a form we dont keep them my reply you think they sign to say scratch see thing is swirly mark because not jet washed van grime dust etc anyone knows you wash ya vehicle you got jet wash crap off or you go straight wash can scratch dks lot em I carry on washing myself in future they want paying for crap job if I did a crap building job I wouldnt want paying, that never happens as am rated top building , as am finicky meaning got be right same as a van r car wash watever you want it right , I wouldnt even give 1 star but have to had change few words

Quite disappointed is an understatement. Several times I have been here for the basic wash and half the time I excuse the poor quality clean because it’s £2.50. Having today gone for the Ultra HD which cost £12 I expected better, how wrong I was? I assumed I didn’t get the pre-wash because I had a £5 promotional code which brought the cost down to £7. Even then the awful clean left me fuming. It looked like I hadn’t even visited a car wash, I took it back and while they offered to clean the car again, did a semi- thorough pre-wash, they put it through as a basic wash. This is the height of taking advantage of your customers, while £7 may not seem much to many, that certainly isn’t the case for me. I would not be happy to recommend this service.
