Did a good job on our van and will be back. Attendant was friendly and professional.

Excellent car wash

I have made several comments about IMO Beverley regarding the lack of Ultra HD was levels and method of application .This issue seems to fixed by the latest operator .
The Gentleman is also very pleasant and goes above and beyond not only with his communication to customers and service provided

At first glance the app looks good.
But I find it disappointing and confusing.
QR when purchased should be at the front.
We also had signal difficulties at the site, which allowed us to purchase a wash but not receive the QR.
The wash itself, ticked all the boxes and the brushes looked well maintained.

Scratched paintwork. DO NOT USE IMO!
The drier section of the process scratched the roof of my car. They (of course) denied that it could possibly be their fault, trying to pass blame to anyone with a stake in the business, in spite of photo evidence of a trail of (granted) small scratches across the roof, and the operator verbally agreeing that they were there. It was the first time the car had been washed since collection from a dealer, after having a £700 paint protection application.
The complaints process simply results in denials, threats of additional costs if the complaint is taken further, and claims that the machinery is regularly checked. Somehow, the customer is supposed to believe that IMO conducted a 'thorough' investigation that (not surprisingly) exonerates them, when there is clear evidence that points to the contrary.
I feel sorry for the operator of the site, who was very understanding but powerless to help.
If you want your paintwork to remain in good condition, don't use IMO car washes!

Have not used this wash for some time due to rear of car coming out dirty previously. Gave them another try today, rear boot and bumper still dirty after wash. Won’t be going again.

Usually a good clean but not tiday. Dirty water spots all over. Wheels not cleaned very well and rear number plate area not clean. Given that this is the part that the attendant does with a brush in the pre-wash, not impressed.

This business has recently changed a lot of staff, maybe new operators, and this is evident through the drastic decline in the service provided. Opted for a Gloss Wax today. Two attendants at the pre-wash station, and their body language showed that they didn't want to be there. One did the wheel arches in a rudimentary manner whilst the other "cleaned" the front number plate with a dry brush! This individual was very lazy during my previous visit but I put this down to being a new hire. No soapy brushing of the windows although there were a couple of blasts with the jet on the windscreen post wheel-arch clean. Tootled though the machine seemingly with no problems until the drying stage. Air dryer was OK, but those useless dangling bits of cloth were filthy, leaving streaks all over the bodywork, evidence the rinse cycle didn't do its job effectively.
