IMO Car Wash - Bathgate (ASDA) Recensioni 15

I went to this car wash yesterday for the first time. I know the location says Bathgate (Asda) but it was actually behind the Tesco petrol station. I was in the queue and could see the QR code so got out and scanned it. I could see the list of carwashes and the prices. I started to complete my details. I was near the end where I was paying for the car wash I wanted. The car in front had moved so was gestured to move forward. I rolled my window down and said it was my first time and was just entering my card details.
The guy working there very rudely started to ask why I hadn't done this before getting in the queue? I had already told him it was my 1st time there. He then said it was too busy for this and told me to come out if the queue.
Needless to say I did not complete the transaction and have requested that my account be deleted. I know companies don't care about 1 individual customer. Not sure how much the guy gets paid per hour or per car but manners don't cost anything. I will be telling friends and family about this experience and to stay well clear of this company. If this is the type if person they hire with no people skills then I imagine it will be the same at any other local car washes from this company. If I could give 0 stars then I would.

Coming here for the first time, the car wash itself looked fairly good I had high expectations. After buying the most expensive car wash on the board the ceramic XTR wash I left the car wash drove straight home to find that my wheels and parts of the car are still dirty. I ended up just going over it again myself. I thought for £18 the car would’ve atleast been fully cleaned. Definitely not worth the money.

I always use a IMO CAR WASH for both my cars. Great prices, good deals for multi washes and you are collecting stamps so finally have a one wash for free.

IMO Car Wash

I had my car "washed" today. Paid £6 for the plus wash. Machine broke down and the brushes stopped working as my car started going through. Attendant lifted the brush that goes over the top of the car and told me to drive through, and same with side brushes. None of them operational until I reached the blower at the end. He then restarted the machine and the blower lifted allowing me out of the carwash. I then drove back around expecting to be put back through, NO, in the attendants eyes my car had already been through, and his words ' putting me through again would take money out of his pocket. I tried to explain that the carwash had broken down and my car had not been properly washed. His reply.... the wash only sprays water for the mode that I had paid for ( although I saw foam bubbles???) and the brushes don't do anything to clean the car according to him. He did offer to give the car another spray with the hand lance but I was so disgusted at this point I told him not to bother and asked him to let me out and drove away. I had just paid £6 for what I could have done with spraying the hand hose at home
