Rude staff
Arrived at 8 for opening, staff member said it would be a 10 min wait, I was happy to wait. After 15 mins and watching him put the kettle on for a cup of tea he told me with no apology that the car wash was broken. By this point another car had parked behind me in the que, after some stern words he suddenly got it working again. I purchased a pack of 3 car washes, after I have finished these I’ll never use a IMO car wash again poor poor customer service.

Paid for the £15 wash when I got home…
Paid for the £15 wash when I got home there was still dirt and Birds mess on my car and my wheels were still dirty, which I would kind of expect if it was the cheapest wash option. I went back there to explain that my car is still dirty and could they wash it again I even showed them that I paid by showing them on my online banking statement they said they would not wash again and made myself and 6 other customers reverse back on to the Main road which in my opinion isn’t the right way to deal with these situation’s, will I use this car wash again most definitely not and this is a shame as there is competition directly across the road from the Barry town Branch

Generally A Good Car Wash but Not All Working
The staff at the IMO are always polite.
What I don’t like is that for the last 2/3 months the rotating hanging towels at the exit of the car wash have not been working and there is no notice on the way in to advise you that this is the case, and they are still charging full price. This is not right as far as I’m concerned and something needs to be done.
Lastly when they close for maintenance the closed sign cannot be seen from the road in either direction and you only find out once you’ve turned in. This also needs to be addressed.
