Service was good

Most of the wheel spray went on the ground and one wheel missed. The back was barely washed as attendant got distracted and the machine was moving the car.

Did not meet the standards as the people work there did nothing just flash some water before entering the main washing machine but on the app it’s says they should apply intensive cleaner to the body and wheel but nothing was done. Frustrated! Ripple road imo car wash

Always greeted with a friendly smile and my car comes out sparkling

So due to it already being a gloomy day knowing it may rain again I was not looking to get the normal car wash I get which is the HD wash . I instead chose to get the eco wash as there was some bird poo and other dirt marks on the car. On the app it does state that for the eco wash there is a pre wash before entering the wash machine but I was told by the staff they will only use water. I did state on the app it says chemicals still be used first and a hand wash will be done before the main wash but he said no it’s just water. So essentially I just got scrubbed by water.

The guys operating were great as always. I had the triple foam wash done and all went well as usual but when I parked up at home I saw the rear bumper was still dirty with dust and the wash didn't sort this. I had to physically clean the rear bumper under the number plate myself with a cloth/towel which is a first and disappointing to see that maybe the level of service being provided isn't as it was previously as I've been a member for a number of years now. Just wanted to let you know my thoughts on the last wash. Other than that I enjoy using IMO to wash my car, great value as always.

When I check working time online, it says closing at 19:00 or 19:30 (depending on location (Barking and Becton)), but if I go there after work short after 6pm, everything is closed already.

Inefficient wash. Even after the car comes out of the machine, the car still got dirt which was expected to be washed away.

I have been using IMO car wash Barking branch for many years. The staff are very friendly and always happy to assist you. They do a fantastic job when it comes to cleaning. I would recommend this branch to anyone.

Pay extra for interior, could have got it cleaner just opening and closing the doors a couple of times.
Car wasn't cleaned outside properly was pointing out dirty areas and staff just shrugged shoulders.
Was ment to be chamois dried after wash, took so long doing car infront of mine even in the cold was dry by time they got to mine, just rushed my clean as queue was forming, very friendly with driver of car before mine hugging each other when he left, obviously friend of staff.
Will never use again.

I highly recommend no one to go here, it scratched my windows very deep and it left some sort of bleach on the car which wont wash off, this is genuinely such a bad car wash, it didnt even clean the car properly and when i showed the workers there they were asking me to leave, rude staff, left with a dirtier car, and damage to my car aswell, if i could give no stars i would. I hope every that goes there gets to see this so that they dont make the same mistake i did.

I would like to make you aware of your alloy spa option available on your top tier car wash programs. Why is it I never get the alloy spa treatment with my Ultra HD wash at your IMO car wash in Ripple Rd, Barking IG11 9RY.
I have spoken to the manager and workers regarding this and they just shrug their shoulders. This is what IMO says online what a alloy spa?: The attendant applies an enhanced foaming cleaner to the wheels in the pre-wash area, providing a more
effective wheel cleansing 'spa' treatment. However I never see this treatment although I have paid for it. I would go as far as false advertising, such a shameful behaviour.

I always get my car washed at Barking IMO and this morning my new car has damage on two places.. there is no way to call and speak to someone. That’s gonna be an unnecessary spending for being a customer of imo. Never again.

Please avoid this place.
I had my car damaged and had to claim insurance.
Please be careful around the exit as it has a bollard that is nearly invisible and has damaged my car.
Ideally, there should be staff around the exit to help the customers as the car is controlled by a belt.

My partner has been coming to this place for over 15 years. She has seen some good staff come and go. But the ones now who are not from this country seem to think they can speak to women like rubbish on their shoe. What confuses me is they may get away with it and speak to their wife's this way but not mine. A simple job to make sure a car was and hoovered but yet these men see fit to take a women money and then do a rubbish job. On top of speaking to her like she uneducated and below them. Just cause u seem black face does not me my partner is below u. She well escalated at degree and masters level and currently a college tutor. She very aware of polices and procedures and legislation. But yet in telling the manager he still decided to stay on his phone then only he came when she called him again. His response don't come again as they don't do a good job. But what he meant was don't come back and his staff will still provide this unprofessional practice. How can a boss be a role model and not tell his staff to apologise and tell them to stop running their dirty mouths. These men who work here have more respect for man and to not run their mouths to us and them but to a black women u seem to think its ok. My partner has all on her dash cam front and back which I have also watched. You think boss would put them on training equity and diversity training , inclusion training and customer service training.
