I did not want to download yet another app so was sceptical about the discount/QR code signs planted along the entrance. I was pleasantly surprised to find there was no requirement to download an app, but just pointed my phone at the sign and within moments I had my discounted wash selected and paid for.
Car was cleaned quickly and beautifully, which is why I usually prefer IMO to any other car wash in my area. Good job and a happy customer.

I went for the top price clean
I went for the top price clean. Ive only recently brought my car so still trying to get used to where everything is. I had trouble turning off the automatic hand break, both members of staff were unhelpful and very impatient.

Almost perfect but not completely
Overall the car came out of the wash looking very good. I was slightly disappointed that some bird droppings hadn't been entirely removed in the manual pre-wash, and were still faintly visible at the end. I had assumed that selecting the Ultrawash HD option would eliminate such issues.

The staff are great
The staff are friendly, welcoming and do a great pre-wash spray before going through the car wash which always works perfectly and is fully loaded with all necessary washing products depending on your wash type selection

Was expecting it to be properly clean…
Was expecting it to be properly clean for £15. Wheels still dirty back windscreen still dirty, front windscreen needed cleaning after. Not impressed but, the bits that were clean were mostly shiny and not too streaky. Sadly…I won’t be back

Not a great clean for the money (ultra hd clean). Rear window and hub caps still dirty. Maybe I was expecting too much… Wing mirror was also bent back and needed resetting (fortunately not broken). I wouldn’t use again.

Still dirty - every time!
Car been through this car wash about 4 times in 10 years, only for quick convenience and every time I remember why I don’t use it… car come out still dirty, especially the back end! Wheels look barely touched and the water marks dry brown… Even with the most expensive wash… still the same, plus it is more expensive than a hand wash..
Can’t fault the staff.. or service.. just the actual ‘product’
