Excellent fast service from polite friendly staff, great, sparkling finish from the wash programme 😀

hello, i paid for triple foam wash, its was not triple at all, ive sat in my friends car who had triple foam wash and i smelt the freshness of sunshine fabric conditioner coming from the foam into the car whilst it was being washed, i paid for the same and i got zero freshness, there was no fragrance, i was given the basic wash despite paying for triple foam, i am not happy.

Great service again and so easy using the app and now have a free wash for this weekend

Very easy to purchase before attending. I went mid-week afternoon and there was no queuing. I was in and out with a clean car in under 10 mins from purchase to being finished.

Very helpful and did a very good job cleaning my car which had been stuck in a muddy bog. Looks like new

After paying 20 pound for the most expensive car wash the end result wasn't as expected, still places of green mould around windows, number plates marks on car if which i washed abd polished out on my return home

When I arrived I wasn’t sure what to do, I scanned the code and paid online which was really easy but I had never been before. I drove to the wash and nobody was there so I thought it was self service. I drove my car near the part where you go in the wash/machine and then a man came out of an office. He was extremely rude, not friendly at all and made me feel very nervous and uncomfortable as a woman. He signalled his hands for me to reverse my car slightly and I opened my window and asked why he’s being so nasty and rude to me. He said “it’s your fault you should be further back” I told him there are no signs, I’ve never been before and I had no idea what to do. He remained very unfriendly and I feel really intimidated and upset. He then did his part in washing the car, didn’t speak to me or change his manner at all. I asked him why he was speaking to like that, also that he shouldn’t be like that to me or any customer but he appeared carefree about it and didn’t speak to me at all. I wish I could have turned back and not gone to the car wash at all and I won’t be returning . Shocking customer service.

Will not be using again. Paid £14 for ultra HD wash option and was just rushed through and came out at the other end with side mirrors still had stains, alloy wheels half cleaned and both sides corners of bootlid with dirt untouched.

Very friendly and professional service, I was a little apprehensive as I am new to the area and I have had bad experiences elsewhere (as a lone female) but I felt very safe and the attendant was friendly and professional! The car was cleaned to a very high standard - I will be a returning customer!
