Scott Leacey has been very helpful each time we have re-fixed our mortgage. Very thorough and professional in explaining everything. I’ve been with IMH for around seven years now, and they’ve handled my mortgage and two remortgages with consistently great service. This time I worked with Samuel Cross, and he was outstanding throughout the whole process.

I have had a first class experience in sorting out a remortgage. Ashleigh Ward was providing me with advice and recommendations. I had two appointments in total; the first was to gather my requirements and guide me through some questions. The second outlined the recommended mortgage that best suited my need and budget, while I was also offered other options such as critical illness cover, a will writing service, income protection etc. While Ashleigh gave me comprehensive information about the benefits of this extra cover, it wasn't a hard sell. I took up the will writing service. Through both meetings, Ashleigh was polite, helpful and extremely knowledgable. That helped move through the process efficiently. I’ve had a really positive experience working with Nathan at IMH during the initial stages of my remortgage. From the outset, he was transparent and honest about the state of the market, which was particularly reassuring given how volatile things are at the moment.

I signed up for the lifetime mortgage support when I bought my flat 13 years ago and it has been well worth it. Before the end of my fixed deal, I get contacted to discuss my options without me having to worry about it. I have had different advisors over the years and they all had a few things in common: They were professional and knowledgable, very friendly and easy to talk to and they have been able to explain the terms in a way that is easily understandable and not overwhelming.
My only annoyance is that I get an initial review first, then another call a week later to lock in the deal. This year this meant the interest had made a significant jump in the meantime and I was ready to lock the deal in at the initial review. I understand that they need to allow time to think the offer over, though there is usually a cooling off period anyway and I could have had a better deal last week than I am getting this week.
Overall, I am finding the service invaluable and would sign up for lifetime support with future mortgages without hesitation!

Michelle was knowledgeable, thorough and patiently answered all the questions we had. Overall, the remortgage process was very efficient and hassle free, which is important for something that can (and has been!) arduous in the past.

Our mortgage deal was due to expire, thankfully IMH contacted us via phone calls and emails to make us aware of this too which was helpful. When we got in touch, we booked an appointment with Victoria Vernon. Victoria was very thorough and professional when going through everything in the first appointment. The follow up appointment, we were proven right as Victoria did amazing at finding us the best deal possible, especially due to our mortgage soon expiring.
