No issues at all
No issues at all, reasonable cost, time frame and when I asked for an ETA quickly provided. happy all round and will continue to use them, they also gave me many options for the design which i thought was fab

Slow and don’t answer phone
Made order early on Friday not going to receive badges until Wednesday. Quite slow turnaround considering I spent extra on the postage. They don’t answer the phone tried calling a few times to ask them to hurry up. Still waiting for badges..

Thanks for your review, and while its disappointing to receive a 1 star review it also helps us to help identify any issues and improve our service.
I would, however, like to take the opportunity to address the issues you have highlighted.
Our office remained closed Friday (the day you placed your order) due to storm Babet - our area suffered multiple road closures due to major flooding, and tree damage and I wouldn't ask the staff to travel to the office in those conditions. An unexpected office closure is rare, and would normally be due to snow, but on the odd occasion when it happens it will cause a disruption to our normal schedule.
We did respond to an email from yourself on Friday, as the staff can access the email and sales systems remotely. They were unable to answer the phone remotely, so you are correct in saying we didn't answer our phone on that day.
On Monday at 12:53 we uploaded the proofs for your order, which required to be approved prior to print. The proofs were approved at 16:12 on Monday afternoon. As our mail is collected at 4pm every day and our business closes at 4pm, there was no opportunity to then manufacture and dispatch your order the same day
Your order was manufactured and dispatched on Tuesday, for arrival on Wednesday by 1pm .
The additional postage paid is simply to upgrade the delivery service (ie to have it sent on a special delivery service rather than a standard Royal Mail service), and not paid to speed up the manufacturing process. We will always endeavour to respond expeditiously if we are aware of customers requiring their orders within a certain timeframe. Having checked your order and emails , there doesn't appear to be any information from yourself specifying that you require the order to be delivered by a specific date, although this may have been why you were trying to contact us by phone.
Barring a delay by the Royal Mail your order should be delivered today.
I know the above doesn't change the timeframe. but I hope it goes some way to explain why we have not met your expectations.

The quality of my logos were so much better than the others.

Very professional finish, product looks great, just a shame they arrived the day after I needed them, my fault, should have ordered sooner.
Could have done with quicker response or any response from the online chat, but once order was placed it was fine. Any direct contact was professional and quickly dealt with. The tracking number given wasn't helpful at all as it's only receipt of delivery.
