I had a few issues that I needed support's help with. They were super responsive. They're not one of those fire your support ticket and way 48 hours for a response. They usually responded back within 5-10 minutes.

Es malísimo, al principio no me querían reembolsar se hacían los boludos además, en su página de inicio dicen que ofrecen planes con dominios gratuitos y banda ancha y no se qué chamuyo más y al fin y al cabo no es el plan lo que pagas, es el dominio, luego tenes que pagar aparte el servicio de hosting que son otros dólares más, dejá mejor, no lo recomiendo.

Wrongful suspensions all the time
They suspend sites all the time for abuse even if it is a mistake.
They refuse to investigate either!
If they looked at the site and the logs they would see this is a mistake but they refuse to look or help!
I googled them and there is a LOT of posts about wrongful suspensions that they refuse to look into.
As though they just make it up as they don't want you hosted by them, so suspend you for false reasons.
A lifestyle blog with posts such as "how to keep warm for less" or "how to save money", which are the kinds of posts I have, mean I get suspended for abuse...
Madness.
Avoid them. NEVER use them trust me. Search "ifastnet abuse " and see all the people complaining about the SAME THING.
Their support is shockingly bad too.
Takes forever to get a reply if you get one and if you do, they don't help.
Trust the other negative reviews, they aren't lying.

Just. Good.
Why is it good?
1. Decent Performance
- Your website loads pretty quick.
2. Helpful Support Team
- Answers in less than 24 hours, most of the time solves your issue in maximum 5 conversations, or even the fastest, they solves your issue before the reply to you.
3. Good amount of features
- cPanel, Softaculous, AutoSSL, MySQL, php Config etc. Nothing to complain.
4. Cheap
- Only $20 per year on Starter plan, it's $1.7 per month. Where else can you get that?
Cons:
- Small portion of the support team don't know what they are doing.
- Some stuff are outdated, especially the knowledge base
THE WORST SUPPORT AND SERVICE EVER
The experience I had with this hosting provider was one of the most horrible I have had. I have used their service for one year, until today. I will admit that during that time I had no issues. However, in the past few months it has only gone downhill. At first, it started with my emails going to spam that I sent dying in spam filters, because their IP was blacklisted. Eventually, after a few times going back and forth, they sometimes making the issue worse. I came to the conclusion that my tenure with ifastnet was ending. I tried showing them the issues but they couldn't do anything. Then I get an invoice from them. A few days ago I informed them that I wanted to cancel. First of all, I was charged $15 even though the due date didn't arrive. Then magically once a customer leaving was a risk the problem was allegedly "solved". I still doubt this. I've reitered 5 times that I WANTED TO CANCEL. Instead like yes men they are saying like"oh look no problem! All good! Yay!" After 5 times, using capital letters, getting angry with them they finally close my subscription. Phew! Glad I'm longer with them.

Bad support, was a longtime client
I've been their client for years, and one day they just blocked me. When I logged a support ticket to ask why, they told me one of my subdomains was marked as suspicious. After investigating, it turned out they were right in a way: One of my private subdomains that was used as a staging env for small clients had its wordpress installation breached. What did they do? They removed everything, from all my domains, especially from my main one, including all the business emails, my private keys for accessing my password manager and so on. I explained to them what needs to be deleted and why, but it all amounted to nothing, lost way too much from that experience and the support guy just didn't care at all, even though I wasn't posing any kind of risk to their reputation, or whatever their reasoning was.
