Really really pleased with our sliding doors. We saw ID Systems at the London Home Building Show and loved how the doors looked and from there the process was relatively smooth. Everyone we dealt with was so helpful and the site team were very good and they liaised with our builder so well!

We are very satisfied with our new EDGE2.0 sliding door.

We visited 6 different manufacturers/showrooms and I’m so glad we’ve chosen IDSystem in the end.

The product is very solid, well made and has a sleek design.

Costumer service has been responsive and helpful (special thanks to Lucy and Claire).

We’ve chosen the gun metal Grey (DB 703) textured colour that required a longer lead time but it definitely was worth the wait. The delivery and installation has been done within the agreed time.

Additional note, IDSystem has a pretty decent size stand at The Building Center in London WC1E 7BT, where you can see their products, it’s been very handy for us going there and test the product before committing to the purchase.

In a nutshell: strongly recommend IDSystem for the high quality product and top level service.

At the Norwich showroom, Ryan was professional and helpful and made selection and ordering a smooth process.
The fitters were friendly and worked with our builders and around us as we were still living on site so that we were not inconvenienced.
The windows, bifolds and doors have not disappointed in terms of quality and look amazing. We are looking forward to the completion of the rest of our building project so that we can start to enjoy them.

IDSystems supplied and fitted The Edge2 sliding doors with corner glass return, a fixed window and roof light. We choose the Edge2 due to its 20mm sightlines as the width of our window opening was quite narrow so did not want to lose light with frames. What was installed was better than we hoped for and from a distance it appears like a wall of glass. From sales, surveyor, CAD team and fitters it all went smoothly. Any issues were quickly overcome. Just bear in mind the lead in times which are not insignificant in to your programming.

Wow, worst customer service I have experienced for quite some time. We chose them for their advertised awards and pretty solid reviews (though we should have paid more attention to the considerable number of complaints about customer service). In short, they bait-and-switched us with a promise (in writing) of a delivery date and then after a month of them faffing about (it took them a month to turnaround the site visit to a formal quote, and often a week to respond to enquiries). Then, when they probably thought that it was too late for us to change suppliers, they told us they were delaying our order by a month. Avoid unless you have lots of time and money to spare.

We had a great experience with IDSystems. Their Norfolk showroom impressed us, and the Sunflex 75e folding doors we purchased are stylish, high-quality, and a huge upgrade. Communication was excellent, and the installers were careful and professional.

We purchased 6 panel Vistaline doors, a matching 3 panel window and apex glass. Fantastic product and I am delighted with the doors, they are excellent, I love them.
The whole process from viewing the doors, to the sale process and then fitting was extremely professional.
I can not fault IDSystems and have no hesitation in recommending them as a brilliant provider of windows and doors.
They are not the cheapest, however having done a lot of research, they are the best!

I needed IDSystems to replace a broken hinge on my bifold doors and give them a service. I found Mark and Glen from IDSytems to be very polite and friendly and they did a great job getting my old doors working smoothly again.

We recently had some bifold doors installed and they have totally transformed our extension. From the appointment in the show room through to the site survey and installation, everything has been fantastic. Customer service is excellent throughout the whole process and the product itself is exceptional. From the start of our project, the team at ID Systems were very helpful guiding us through the selection of the product, to colours and finishes. Survey of the site was good, and fitting by a very professional team was excellent. The product itself is outstanding (although we are still in our building project) and gives us the clear aspect we wanted, the sliding doors are sturdy and feel very secure.
