Great selection of watches, Staff were brilliant. Paul assisted me and had no problem letting me try several different watches before finding the right one. Couldn’t recommend him and Ideal enough. Great experience.

The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable and not at all pushy we bought two watches and they gave us a good price. We would recommend to anyone looking for a nice piece of jewellery

Rolex Purchase
What a fabulous experience buying a Rolex from Shashi and the team at Ideal in Puerto Banus.
This is my second watch from the team and I could not recommend them highly enough. A wealth of knowledge, great customer service and a pleasure to do business with.

I bought my first special watch in 2006 from this chain
I bought my first watch from this chain of stores back in 2006. Over the years I have bought from 3 of their boutiques, Every purchase has been a great experience and I was lucky enough to visit and purchase from their new Rolex boutique in Puerto Banus. Shashi as always gave a great service and made the purchase very friendly and smooth. Hopefully I will be lucky enough to buy from them again. Thank you Shashi for getting me the watch, for a special birthday, it is very much appreciated.
