Ideal Glass and Glazing Ltd Recensioni

Had the most amazing professional experience today by George and Josh .
Very polite , friendly , respectful and informative
Efficient in carry out replacing a broken window unit

I’m really impressed by the whole company of everyone that I have had communication with
Barney the Boss as well as Haidee
Both faultless and amazing communication via emails and calls

There is nothing that I can recommend delivery of a better service

THANKYOU so very much

From the very first call with David in St Albans it could not have gone smoother or more efficient. Chloe was superb in keeping me in the loop re when gentleman was coming to measure to deposit and then when door was being installed.
George and Josh fitted the door and tidied up completely - no mess and made sure we knew how the door worked. Fabulous team. Thank you.

From the initial quote to delivery the team have proved calm, knowledgeable and flexible, despite some changes to the solution. I was most impressed with Christian's knowledge when he came out to do the quote, unlike some of the competitors who send 'sales' staff he was the one who would do the work so understood the pitfalls and gave advice on the roof. Emma and Allun in the office also provided excellent friendly and attentive service.

Allun, Christian and Emma done an amazing job at our property. We had custom shower enclosures, mirrors, splashbacks and glass doors fitted. Easy to deal with, professional and good workmanship. Will definitely use again and have already recommended to others.

Thank you for such a great job, our balustrade looks amazing. Would highly recommend. Especially josh for cleaning the glass so beautifully!!!!

Good job, reasonably priced and professionally fitted..would highly recommend

Great service from Allun and Christian. Good value for money too. I am very happy with my glass splashbacks and would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Excellent service - measure and installation of glass balustrade of side of garden stairs. Good communication throughout process. Very organised and team punctual and polite.
I would recommend and use again.

Excellent advice and service from the moment we picked up the phone. Alun and his team were very helpful and professional in measuring and then fitting a splashback for our range cooker. And they were very competitively priced. Very pleased.

Ordered mirrors on Friday and installed on Tuesday. Can't get better than that

I have just had a glass enclosure and door fitted in my
bathroom very pleased quality product fitted perfectly
very happy would happily recommend.

We ordered a glass splash back for our kitchen. Outstanding service from start to finish. Very responsive on emails and excellent workmanship when installed. All done incredibly efficiently. A brilliant service from start to finish.

We are really happy with our glass splashback and the overall service provided from initial enquiry, visit to the office & installation. I agree with the last reviewer - having a home survey to take measurements rather than trust our tape measure & abilities was very reassuring! Everyone has been brilliant. Thank you & we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you.

Very impressed with this company. Very well organised and reliable throughout the organisation. Queries answered quickly. Survey and installation appointments within reasonable timeframe and adhered to within the time expected. Great attention to detail during the installation.

The whole templating, ordering and installation process was particularly easy and the company were great in sorting out my fitting before I went on holiday.
My antique brass mirrored splash back was half the price I’d been quoted elsewhere.

I can only assume that this company is not in need of work. I sent a quote request almost 2 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for a response.

Excellent service, very friendly and helpful. Prompt and efficient polite fitter attended to measure and install our glass splashback, which looks fantastic. Thank you!

Very pleased with our new internal glass doors. The work was booked in quickly and the guys that fitted the doors did a very professional job.

We are really pleased with the interior glass balustrade, it looks great and it makes our split-level dining room/ lounge situation safer, and the glass makes it fairly unobtrusive.
Allun provided prompt replies to my questions and requests. I would like to thank Ideal Glass for allowing us to change our minds at the last moment about having the metal supports powder-coated in white. The white supports make the balustrade look contemporary and blend in with our decor.
It was so helpful that Chris came out to take measurements beforehand. Other balustrade companies I had researched expected me to provide the measurements and I needed an expert to do this, plus to install. Chris's installation was perfect, no mess, and very professional.

Great service from the start to end. Would highly recommend!
Kitchen splashback looks fantastic!
