Shivani Menon - My light at the end of a very dark day in 2024 after my partner’s terminal cancer diagnosis and palliative treatment. Made more money in 2 months with Shivani than I had done in the 6months before ID medical! She responds flexibly to our need to work and turn up for chemotherapy and sudden hospital admissions. What an asset to our family and ID Medical. The most professional agency staff in my 26 years as a doctor.
Extremely helpful, supportive, calm, friendly, goes the extra mile for you, fills my rota if I let her 😊, rapidly switches to other areas when work starts drying up at a site. Very resourceful. I have had the pleasure of working with Shifa to obtain a job in England with ID medical! She has been great at keeping me upto date with job progress, navigating paper work and general enquiries. Shifa has been fantastic to work with and made my job transition seamless!

The reviews here do no reflect the reality. I was onboarding for over a year. Constantly needing more paperwork. Once the shifts were booked, they were cancelled few hours before the start or once less than an hour before the start time. Then they dar call me back to cover another shift. All my trainings and DBS are now expired as I am leaving nursing, but they keep offering the shifts and calling me...to cancel last minute? It seems like the KPI is how many calls they make. I wasted so much time onboarding for over a year and worked 3 shifts in total on the pay that was quite sad (I earn more on bank). Too many promises and no delivery. Do not waste your time an energy.

I got my dream job as a Medical Laboratory Technologist in the USA through ID Medical. This agency is unarguably the best staffing agency I have ever seen, they have the best staff, the recruiters are so kind, polite and always communicates every step to me. Never for once was I left in the dark because the communication was topnotch. They also have the best immigration support team from flight booking, to making sure I arrived the US safely and upon that I received the warmest airport welcome anyone can wish for.
