He demonstrates strong awareness of marketing, business management, and customer communication. He is always open to discussing various options and helping me find what best suits my needs. His friendly and respectful manner during phone calls, along with the reassurance he provides, makes every conversation highly valuable.

Awful company to deal with as an accommodation provider. Always pushing, or trying to push fees down, dodgy system that benefits them only not the host or the DR. I would avoid.
