I would like to say that Jasmine who handled the complete rental from the start to the finish of the letting. was very professional .She covered all points from EPC's, reference's inventory , etc..
It is unusual to get a good standard from Agents these days and would use her services again.

Selling a house is a very stressful time especially when it has been your home for many years. This company was recommended to us by a friend who praised them and I can see why. IC Property were excellent from the beginning of the process to the end. They conducted themselves in a professional yet friendly manner. The staff in the office who answered the phone always ensured that calls were returned or would help if they could but special praise should go to Murat. He took all the viewings explained any problems which he helped to resolve and was available at any time. A real credit to the company which we highly recommend.

Murat put my property up on the Market after the lockdown and within a few viewings we had an acceptable offer. Things moved on quickly and Murat always kept me updated on the progress of the sale.
