Good communication
Understandably I had a few challenges with my delivery due to Covid19. However the communication was good to keep me informed on when my delivery will arrive. And yes the wine tasted great.

Was not informed that delivery wouldn’t…
Was not informed that delivery wouldn’t arrive when it should have. But once I contacted iconic wines they were very efficient in sorting out the problem. I would use them again as at the moment every company still managing to provide services is under great strain.
