I wanted a good champagne for my friend's birthday. I found Lauren Perrier Rose, at a very good price. Delivery was not included but was explained how much it was going to be from the start. It arrived timely beautifully wrapped and secured. Very pleased with my purchase.

Be warned - delivery may not come when you expect it
I purchased a Bottle of Expensive champagne with express delivery on the 15th of December as Christmas gift and it arrived on the 29th. I had to buy another expensive bottle at a wine shop instead.

Weird way of tracking
Really good price for one of my favourite wines. I’m going to have a great Christmas. Only negative was their tracking. You download the “shop” app and it’s supposed to keep you updated. Well the wine was on my doorstep before the app mentioned that the courier had the wine.

I haven’t yet received my order!!!!
My order took a long time to arrive but I understand that this was more of a Royal Mail problem - the tracking number didn’t seem to be recognised which worried me. I was however reassured by Nathan and it did eventually arrive just on 10 working days.

Would highly recommend Iconic Wines for a great selection, good value and brilliant service. Received a personal email from the owner of the company thanking me for my purchase and offering any assistance, even if this is an automatic email, it's such a nice personal touch that made me feel like a truly valued customer. Item arrived super quick and very well packaged.
Super happy to find this rare product that is going to make a friend very happy.
