Oh a very bad experiance, ordered £1380 online with an agreed delivery date for two pallets, on the day of delivery no tracking for delivery slot advised, used the whatsapp messaging service, totally usless, the number advused to call did not answer, normal office hours, so googled the firm found another number, answered and advised delivery woud be bewteen 12 - 17 that day, when asked was the g/teed as had contractors in the next day, call rudly ended, 17.05 no delivery no calls, messaged and advised delivery woud not be made tat day and will try the next. Advised I wished to cancel the order and requested refund. Advised woud call Monday, no call, no reply to messages, so it's credit card charge back time, woud not use this company again, shame as the reviews about the product are good. Actually found the same product from anther supplier 10% less so pays to shop around

Got a call back from an Email. The chap understood what we needed told us exactly how to fit the grids and cover them, delivered next day at a very competitive price

Contacted Ibran following an issue with our local planing department regarding noise from cars driving over gravel. Ibran supported us with data to support using the gravel grid system rather than replacing the gravel with block paving. Once approved the product was supplied with in 48 hours.
Also our installers found the built in clips to bind the grids together quicker and more secure than other systems they had used in the past.

We wanted to create a permeable suface for our front garden to park our car. We decided to use IBRAN, their plastic grids are made from recycled plastic, strong and really easy to lay. We just flattened the area, ordered ton bags of gravel, laid the grid and just filled it with gravel. It's absolutely solid and really easy to DIY, saved us so much money. IBRAN are based in Leicester, the order arrived quickly and great customer service from Chris who answered all our questions.
